You’re absolutely right! Joel Salatin’s methods benefits all aspects of farming. Lots of modern day agriculture only benefits the animals for meat. Joel Salatin’s methods benefits the livestock, our health, our planets health, and the land the livestock graze on. It’s incredible! ✝️

You young people owe this man such a debt of gratitude. He is making the farming process doable. Lots of persistence and listening to nature and the world God gave us. He is making the most of and sharing the gifts he has been given. He connects all the dots to his creator. Thank you, Joel.

I have watched Joel Salatin for at least 15 years. When he was younger he spread his way of farming all over the US. He is so intelligent about how he runs his farm! He works with nature not against her.

what Joel is doing on Polyface is great...and it aint exactly rocket science. As farmers we all must work along with nature...what Joel and his family have figured out is that it's much easier to work with nature than to fight nature! Very good point for sure! Many of the concepts that Joel uses are used on my farm

Love the channel. I have a suggestion for your next video. Ive seen several videos online from Joel and some of his inspired farmers. Its super encouraging but I'm always left with a few open questions. It would be great if you could do a video on these items!
1.How do the small scale farms navigate the USDA and similar state requirements for on site butchering and sale of the animals (regardless of animal type)
    2. How do the farmers market in their local area to find buyers for their animals. Many say friends and family but would be so awesome to hear details of how they found buyers.

Joel Salitin changed my life. I've known I've wanted to homestead for years, but, as a college student, I didn't feel it was the "right time" just yet. However, after watching an interview Justin Rhodes did with him, I was so moved by his process that I decided there was no time like the present. Thanks to your channel, Justin Rhodes, and Sow the Land I had accrued enough knowledge to get me started. I only have a small flock of chickens but when I graduate and can afford some mountain land it won't be so daunting to really dive into animal husbandry. God bless.
