Most people use suppliment of red reishi ( lucidum). I use one of our wild reishis. Ganoderma tsugae. Looks similar and seems to have all the same benefits. I forage them to sell and make dual extracts to sell and for my own use. Having said that , reishi does really work. I took it for it's sleep benefits but found in fixed my sinus headaches. I used to get lots of them , now I don't.

Haven't had a sniffle in 4 years. Started fasting years ago and decided OMAD was my comfortable plan. Now its so normal to only eat once a day that sometimes I don't even eat everyday so 24 hour fasting is once or twice a week. I only drink black coffee and a ginger brew I make.
I'll be sure to add more mushrooms to my meals! Ty

I gotta try that. A year or so ago I did keto (light) and it was great but I fell off the wagon and now I got that sugar monkey on my back again. I think I might give it another go and add fasting. I forage wild mushrooms. Initial just to sell and supliment my income but now I'm a huge fan.

We've used this mushroom before and it does appear to promote overall well-being. Good stuff.

@garyharnish2395 I bought a whole bag for $60. It's sitting in my cabinet collecting dust. Mines looks darker than the powder in the video though.

Buy the extracts from Dragon Herbs, much more palatable.

Reishi is good but the ganoderic acid is a potent inhibitor of 5AR which crushed DHT levels and makes me have no libido, shen tonic indeed. The Lucidispore extract from Nootropics Depot doesnt contain any ganoderic acid so I like that one best.

They dont have any non ganoderic acid version
Or they dont indicate it anywhere, are you talking about the lucidispore softgel?

I'm older and haven't noticed that so much , but my hair is growing out on my bald head so yeah you're probably right about that dht thing. love the reishi though. Sleep great , no sinus headaches and regrowing hair. Honestly my libido realy hasn't seemed to change much but I'm not a horny young man anymore.

Maybe learn to spell caviar first. So you're going to eat the cows liver and throw the rest out right?
