2020 Mix 4 from the Walmart-exclusive Hot Wheels Boulevard line is out, and here is a look. And I showcase yet another Dream Customs Diorama Mat. Find it at www.dreamcusto...
what really pisses me of are the scalpers that grab all the cars and not having any empathy to leave for others in my store. Unlike USA, only Walmart sells premium Hotwheels like Car Culture so finding these are extremely rare in Canada and local hobby dealers sell them for 3 to 4 times the price they sell for at Walmart. Maybe that is what pushed me away from Hotwheels, but I still like the excitement of looking at new models that they release.
Hey man I live in the US but like my Walmart is also very little in car culture because everyone grabs the newest set and usually they are for their kids or really old collectors like in their 60s
I import a bunch of new car cultures into Canada. I sell them 50$CAD / set of 5 car culture or fast and furious + shipping. Walmart in Quebec isnt stocking up anything. We are still on jh3, cruise boulevard and fast rewinds.
My local Walmart, they are the peg warmers of the set. I do like it very much but, I will wait until I get the 2 others that are always missing! Have no desire for the VW.
My fave mix by far! Seems to have everything for anyone, the 86 for JDM fans, Alfa for classic euro guys (yours truly), kool kombi + mooneyes for both collectors of those, etc.
True, it's the only car I got from this mix. Didn't really care for the others. I don't really like japanese imports, the Stradale looks cool but not my cup of tea. Anyways, at least I don't struggle with scalpers and/or overpriced secondary market because of my hot rod/muscle cars interest.
@@josephkusanagi5918 you must live in a very boring world....... My Automotive taste is exactly like petrolicous but with a infasis on classic race cars........... Twin mills was a fictional toy art car which was recently turned into a real car. It's too goofy and cartoony.... But I've noticed hot wheels collecters generally like the typical midwest dorky hot rod stuff with the cheezy exaggerated customs that you would see at that hot wheels car show......
Good mix, the Alfa is the sleeper by far! The AE86 is obviously the star and rightfully so, very good to have it back. However that Alfa is absolutely amazing.
Just seen the 33 Stradale and I had to buy the set reminds me of the TV show Hardcastle and McCormack from the 80's, these are going to be chased in the future.
My theory is that half the reason they're doing the Alfa-Romeo 33 Stradale, not that it isn't worth doing on its own merits, is that it's about the closest car they can make to a classic 250 era Ferrari without the Ferrari license, which I hope returns to Hot Wheels soon (sorry, the Tomica Limited Vintage Ferraris may be nice but what I like most is being able to actually find Ferrari diecast at normal brick-and-mortar stores and no stores near me even carry Bburago Ferrari anymore).
I really have enjoyed this run of boulevard. It's not nearly as watered down with unlicensed snoozers. The Twin Mill is a yawn for me though. The AE86 is fabulous and so is the Alfa.
The yellow headlights on the Ae86 look familiar... they’re giving me a sense of D e j a V u. Seriously though, I think that casting is the same one of my initial d replica,
OMG if they do initial D livery im going to LOSE it!!!!!! Man when comparing the old and new 86 you can see the fine tuning almost a dieting effect is what i see. The windows are where i find it most noticeable and then the rear apex and rest of body is just so edgy which is what i honestly love about it the car as it is stock. so glad they put the flip up headlights. skyline is another one of my faves and so far only one i found in store. Thank you Lamley!
That's a really good Boulvard mix, the Toyota AE86 Sprinter Trueno and the '69 Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale (nice surprise btw) beeing my favorites here. The rest are nice too. Thanks for showing these loose!
I have been to 3 different WALMART stores here in Colorado and looked at 20 1969 ALFA ROMEO models (number 19 in this series), I think there is a misprint, 19 models out of 20 had no black thin line imprinted on the bottom of the doors below the silver or chrome thin stripe or it looked like they had a slight trace of a very thin black ink below the silver/chrome thin line. Number 20 in this series the NISSAN SKYLINE C 219 it was a little pricier than the other 4 model released at the same time that sell for $US 5.47 each, this model is priced fo $US 6.62, maybe a scanning or computer error on the store side, need to take it back
Awesome boulevard mix 4 set you got, you open up, and you reviewed congrats.👍 I will be on the hunt for all 5 of those and I can't wait to add all 5 of those to my hot wheels collection.👍
So who designed the Kool Kombi? I called and emailed Mattel with no response- I figured you could find out! I'm guessing Phil Riehlman? But I want to be for sure - do you or any of you other folks know?
went to 4 places today and theyre sold out already only found one twin mill but i was after the nissan and toyota lol fuck resellers and scalpers im losing interest ever since the street tuners set because alot of people are buying to just resell for proftis its so frustrating what can i do? its either dont collect anymore of spend ridiculous amounts for a tiny car. it was fun before the resellers got in on it now i walk up to the hot wheels section and its the same peg warmers month after month
No offence, but always they come up with this so called “drag buses” and kool kombis, man, im sick of this castings. Please @Mattel come with something new

94¢ at Walmart 10$ online and its not just because of shipping
Like some car are rare than other like for matchbox I'm looking for a scion XB and I'm finding them for 15$
I import a bunch of new car cultures into Canada. I sell them 50$CAD / set of 5 car culture or fast and furious + shipping. Walmart in Quebec isnt stocking up anything. We are still on jh3, cruise boulevard and fast rewinds.
@skr232 de ???
Everyone: Toyota AE86.
Me: Alfa Romeo Stradale
Same. Truly a beautiful classic
That Alfa is stunning, and totally unexpected from HW. Wish for more of that left field offerings.
My local Walmart, they are the peg warmers of the set. I do like it very much but, I will wait until I get the 2 others that are always missing! Have no desire for the VW.
Yup! Me as well. Just said in a different post the Alfa is slept on!
Seriously. I love the AE86 (I grew up major with this) but goddamn that Stradale honestly is just a treat from HW.
STRAW-DAH-LAY. There you go.
Lamley, the parking lot is based on Daikoku Futo PA which is a real parking area in Japan that is well known for its car meets
Do they drop cars into the lot? 😂
🤣
Alfa is best new car model.
Isn't that where the Mid Night Club used to host their meets?

Saw this set in Wal-Mart pass over them all except the Alfa. Went straight to my collection. Love that casting.
Twin Mill is legendary, deal with it
True, it's the only car I got from this mix. Didn't really care for the others. I don't really like japanese imports, the Stradale looks cool but not my cup of tea. Anyways, at least I don't struggle with scalpers and/or overpriced secondary market because of my hot rod/muscle cars interest.

It's the star because of pop culture...it's not really eye catching But objectively the Stradale is the gem.
Just seen the 33 Stradale and I had to buy the set reminds me of the TV show Hardcastle and McCormack from the 80's, these are going to be chased in the future.
Now that Moon Eyes is a Japanese Owned Company it Would Make Sense that they Did a Moon Eyes Livery on the New Dodge Van/Dajiban Casting.
I'm so excited to watch the premiere and for that AE86 as an InitialD fan.
Think that AE86 maybe in the Japan Historics 4 next year, with Initial D livery, fingers cross!
Joe C Yes please!
Pls bring out an Initial D HW premium set
I'd love to see an updated premium Twin Mill casting.

The Buick Riviera is awesome, which is why I would love to see a Pontiac Grand Prix join the lineup!

The AE86 is just absolutely stunning!!
Need to print the history of the cars on back !!!!
Savagely good set! Even the twin mill is dope in that colour. Has to be the Alfa for me out of the lot tho. Super cool!!!! 😍
I finally found something before you previewed it.
The yellow headlights on the Ae86 look familiar... they’re giving me a sense of D e j a V u.
Seriously though, I think that casting is the same one of my initial d replica,
why did you drop them? that felt painful to watch, hope the paint doesn't chip away.

Twin Mill boulevard very nice (a favorite, have one, 2 of the red Alpha )
The boulevard cars are always great, the silverado 4x4 is my favourite so far, but that white toyota looks killer to0.
Do not understand the obsession with souped-up Japanese cars like the Trueno. Give me more like the Alfa every day!!
The coolest thing about those pads is that the surface looks like asphalt surface
That's a really good Boulvard mix, the Toyota AE86 Sprinter Trueno and the '69 Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale (nice surprise btw) beeing my favorites here. The rest are nice too. Thanks for showing these loose!
guess the 86 has better proportions now
Yeah, that comparison shows it all. What a difference.
Digging the Twin Mill and the Alfa Romero. The Alfa is the only one I've found so far. Nice set all around. Good stuff.
Haven’t gotten a full set in a while seeing this will make a change to that. Oh wow than was a run on sentence
Yesss! Falling cars! :D
I did that kool kombi about a year ago. Made copies of all my favorite T1s in KK

By far my favorite is the Lancia Stradale, is beautiful
the Alfa looks so good! Glad Hot Wheels made it!
That stradale is the king of the set imo.
Finally dropping car happily and the cars said its the end of our lives noo!!!!😂😂
For me it's the KOOL KOMBI "MOON EYES" for sure!
Cool set
I like that twin mill
This is getting my hopes up again for an Initial D set, just like the Street Tuners RX-7 did.
Awesome car culture set likewise John great to see the Toyota ae86 in a new tooling for 2020
Stra-dar-lay. 👍
Happy to see the ae86 corolla comen back to hot wheels now they need to get that ke70/te72 corolla cast going
The Kombi is going to be hard to find. Alfa Romeo is a nice looking model.
Yes they’re in stores but people like to hoard them so it’s hard for others
That Trueno! WOW!!!
Cool when they land upright
Awesome boulevard mix 4 set you got, you open up, and you reviewed congrats.👍 I will be on the hunt for all 5 of those and I can't wait to add all 5 of those to my hot wheels collection.👍
This is what I'm waiting for
In any event, virtually impossible to get Premium HW in UK and if you do, even a cheap toy super-store sells them at £7.
I will see these in about 6 months where I live.
Oh man if kill for the white jetta on display in background I reached and searched!
The 86 is over the top! Blk hood looks great
groove man
I loved stradale but we are not able to get hands on it, in india 😭
So who designed the Kool Kombi? I called and emailed Mattel with no response- I figured you could find out! I'm guessing Phil Riehlman? But I want to be for sure - do you or any of you other folks know?
whats the background song
Cool set!
Surprisingly that Alfa Romeo is a peg warmer from the set.. Of course the AE86 is nowhere to be found.
so whats your favourite one in this mix?
The blue car for me...
Stradale is pronounced as Stra-daa-ley
My twin mill that I found has different wheels than the one showcased. I guess there is a wheel variation.
WaaaT
It’ s time to see more Italian cars with hot wheels...
Yes, yes, yes!!! About time, not the same old shit, ill take 2 sets 🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧
Nice
Ment 2 of the red Alfa Romero, not "Alpha "
Cool Twin Mill
Mark Jones, Mark Jones, Mike Jones..O Wait, Confusing With Rapper *
Need that Kombi
Can you tell how to find the display cases you use to display your loose cars?
Shipping for the mats to USA is $30. So the price for one mat with shipping is $60.
Thanks for the info
I like the cars in Boulevard, but I hate that I can't just order a case. Walmart exclusivity sucks!
8:00 THE RIVIERA RETURNS!!!
Where still on mix one f.m.l...taking for ever in B.C Canada
Lucky you. I can't even find mix one. Never been able to.
Damn buruh i want toyota bro
I have always been perplexed why the kombi is so sought after.
nice video, nice share
Alfa *Straw-doll-Eyy*
Ever thought to call your fan base, the Lamley Family?
Alex Clifton nice👍🏻
The Famley
Look how this guy disrespectful guy drops sought-after cars. That's worse than when a store clerk bends the cards handling them like a gorilla.
It was very weird "performance art".......
Its padded so it shouldn't mess them up. Still not my favorite intro though
And of course I won't be able to find the Kool Kombi 😒
You speak portuguese, and like italian, it's a latin language. So, you can say Stradale like it's in portuguese, as a paroxitone. ;)
Wow!!!!
Stra-dall-ay
Cool parking lot . Cool cars , nice for presentation. Good video.
Mike Espo .
Wow baru lagi...
If you play yugioh, it’s almost the same quality mat
Why you gotta disrespect the whips like that 😭
I stopped collecting Hot Wheels because its so much work to keep up but man I love that AE86.. Nailed it.
Stradale: Straw - dah - leh
Another showcase to make me sad 😞
I think I hate this car falling intro now
Rohit Singh I mean they are his he can do what he wants.🤷♂️
Diecast Dude absolutely right mate.. I’m just saying what I feel, not cursing him.
Rohit Singh ahh I got ya man, sorry I misunderstood 👍🏻
It cost 10m
i ❤️ red alfa romeo stradale

Struhdahlay
No offence, but always they come up with this so called “drag buses” and kool kombis, man, im sick of this castings. Please @Mattel come with something new
