不必受自然的毒打，壽命自然不能跟平均做比較。就像有錢人多是比貧苦人長壽，古代人沒有現代的醫療跟物資水平當然也就活不久，而受細心照顧的寵物也會比隨便養的要長壽，單是主人願意給營養品跟醫療照顧，絕對比實驗室受觀察與自然界討生活的都要活更久。
