regarding rule 3 will it be G1 - G2 if it is a minus in the summation point
These are actually theorems. As far as I know, rules are conventions invented/used by humans. But what you showed can be proven.
Where did he derive the transfer function from the first example? Where is "chapter one"?
When there is a subtractor in rule no 3 then we subtract the blocks or it will remain same ...???
Yes, I believe so, since you can also think of subtraction as the addition of a negative value.
