I was genuinely curious about this controller. I have a physical disability (cerebral palsy) and when I heard about this controller I had doubts. For me I’ve taught myself how to play video games one handed with a regular controller; that controller just looks clunky. I think it’s made for people with less ability than me based off the video
Here is a hint: you can map your camera to the stick, and set one button for forward motion. Two more buttons for jump and sprint, another three for attack, skill and ult, and that leaves 2 more buttons left. Not enough for switching characters though, and you can't move sideways. Or you can use these two spare buttons for left and right motion, and forget about switching characters. =)

There is actually mouses with buttons on the side! I have a Warrior mouse that has a pad on its letf side, it has two different pads that you can switch between, one has a mini keyboard that has 1 to 9, they are incredible small tho, the second pad has only three buttons and they are bigger and better to press, you can freely bind them, I managed to get a bit good with the numbers pad, but they are just too small and hard to press just one, and I have pretty small fingers already, the three buttons only pad is so much better, I binded them to normal atk, hold charge atk and burst, it makes playing Yoimiya so much better cause the normal atk only button it's a double click, so it's impossible to do a charge atk with it, therefore Yoi doesn't accidentally interrupts her atk sequence into charged, but well, like i said, regardless of the fact that you can freely bind the numbers pad, they are just too small and too hard to press correctly, but still, it's a mouse with a keyboard on it, there's only so much space you can have there
Could this device be mapped like regular keyboard though? If it is possible, then there is no problem: using lower keys as modifiers you should be able to map any action. But this assumes the buttons a configurable like a regular keyboard.

You should take a look at the RAZER Tartarus V2 there are other brands that make simular device but can't think of them of the top of my head

he did that cause he isnt able to do their bursts & baizhu doesnt give a shield with his skill (whereas zhongli does)
later he’s able to do bursts but he accounted for not being able to when he made the teams (minus w bennett where he forgot)
