Hi! The settings of the "Face" operation are incorrect as you have chosen the "Model top" minus 2 mm for the "Bottom height" which leads to a decrease in the model height by 2 mm. Otherwise ... Thumb up !!!

I want tutorials that talk NOT click around the screen so fast you don't see what they are doing or better yet why they are doing it!!
Can you provide more detail regarding the Code edit at the end of your video? I have been experiencing tool drag at the start of jobs as my router moves from the reference corner to the first carve location. All subsequent operations are fine. It appears your edit addresses this.
what I did is I move Z axis command above to X and Y axis command manually, so when tool begin from origin Z axis lifts first upto clearance height and then X & Y axis moves. I am sure from somewhere it can be done from fusion 360 itself but I don't know about it so I approach this way.
I searched for weeks for a solution in Fusion. Your solution is the first I have seen. I ended up adding virtual stock to the top and then positioned router bit above the real stock by that same distance. I prefer your solution and will use it until the folks at either UGS or Fusion 360 publish a fix. Thx much.

this video is very fast, you can’t understand almost anything, useless.
You have pause button, also speed selection on player itself to make it slower as needed.
