To each their own, of course, but I'll just never understand how anyone could have a radio blaring about politics in the background when the sounds of nature are so much better.
One time, my dad was driving the family through yellowstone, and there was a bison walking down the middle of the road. What does my dad do? He freaking honks at it. Great idea dad.
When we were in Custer and Yellowstone on a motorcycle, the Rangers warned us about being quiet and still during one of these "parties". We actually were in two of these and it was a scary feeling. I respect these animals very much.
We stopped for a herd of bison in Theodore Roosevelt National Park.waiting for the herd to pass, a large bull walked up to the car , put his head against it and pushed it across the road . Then he just turned and walked back to the herd. Another time in the same park in a similar, situation a large bull walking by decided my back fender would be a great place to scratch a itich. He bounced and pushed that car around like a toy . Those critters are powerful ,
Theodore Roosevelt National Park is the best hidden secret of the entire Park Service. I have been to them all and they are all wonderful places but still nothing like Theodores Park.
lloyidchristmas1086...Ehhh, a pack of wolves...that target the young, the old, the sick and weakest of the herd. Pretending those experiences are 1 on 1 battles against prime age bison that wolves are winning, is naive...
Magnificent!!!! I absolutely feel happy deep inside when I watch these Bison. I love everything about them, even the sounds they make. Thank you for this video. Oh, I was able to ignore the radio (almost).
@Oyvin993 Being from Wyoming our 6 feet tall (or more) mature bison bulls weighs in around/up to 2000 pounds, the mature bison cow averages around 1000-1200 pounds and the must ox comes in at a "whopping" 880 pounds. Bison also can run up to 40 miles an hour, don't let this footage fool you.
If this video was captured via a smartphone, I want to thank the person that did this with the phone in the horizontal position, as it captured with breadth of the moment. Too many people record video as they would making a phone call with holding the smartphone vertical, losing a lot of the visual in the process.
WONDERFUL, MAGNIFICENT AND GORGEOUS!! This is a THRILL to see and I bet also 100 times more in person!! LUCKY YOU!! I LOVE THIS!! THANK YOU for sharing this AWESOME SIGHT!! :)
Sad to think that about 150 or so years ago, Buffalo roamed this country in herds so big, the ground would shudder and there would be animals as far as the eye could see. Sometimes, they were shot only for their tongues. The creatures have mad a miraculous comeback. I wish them well.
Michael, I do remember reading about that. The world was given to man by the Great Spirit with abundance and plenty for all creatures. A shame that Humans have seen fit to lay waste to such bounty.
Most of the Buffalo/Bison of North America were shot by the US Government in an attempt to starve the Native Americans of their regular food source to a point where both the Bison and the Native Americans would be extinct. Sadly the Government almost succeeded on both counts.
I am not sure what God was thinking when he created the bison... sorta like the giraffe. Bison have these spindly legs on such a massive body. I grew up around bison and I just love them.
I attacked a car one time and the people got it on video and their insurance covered it , I flipped the car on its hood with my head , I was in rut so they dropped all charges
So glad the slaughter of bison was stopped before we lost these magnificent creatures forever. I can only imagine what it would be like to hear the thunder and feel the ground shake when a million of these were running across the plains!
like a good neighbor state farm is there.................back home watching this laughing saying "You idiots. Why would you drive on the road with about 100 Bison walking by at once? That's like asking them to destroy your car" lol XD
I have been going through with a herd, they will leave you alone if you respect them, caught up in a thunderstorm with a stampede at that and NOT ONCE did I get hit.....very upfront and personal....and I did not do anything stupid to feel threatened.......Such majestic and beautiful animals!
Duhhhhhhhhhhh, This is Yellowstone National Park Einstein, Bison's roam freely on roads there. Obviously, I wouldn't wake up in the morning and assume that Bison wouldn't walk down on the road that day.
Yea, and then when one of them rushes at you, stomps you, turns you into a pile of meat, you'll know where you are on the food chain. Just because someone infinitely more intelligent and capable than you are enabled you to have weapons and the rest of technology, doesn't change the fact that your dumb fucking ass could not defend itself from a bison. Without the 0,1% of the most intelligent people in the world, morons like you would still wipe their ass with their hands after taking a shit. So don't think you're above someone in the food chain, because you're low.
Ah: have you ever been to Yellowstone? I have a few times and I actualy don't live all that far from it (about a 4 hour drive is all) it is not a park that is fenced to keep things in or out and covers many square miles of land, and borders on all sides by 100's of miles of wilderness, these are very much wild Bison, no one feeds them like farm animals, they, like most wild animals will not attack unless provoked and they feel they or thier young are threatened.
Still neat to be there yourself if the buffalo do not damage your car. One time my dad was driving me and my brother through Yellowstone and there was a buffalo ahead to the right of the road. There was a car in front cautiously waiting to pass. My dad rolled down the driver window and mooed loudly. The buffalo promptly put its head into the window of the car in front of us. Awesome memory, and I'd love to see a video from the car in front of us!!
Animal lovers will dislike a video of a person making a funny voice to there dog. Bruh the bison choose to hit the car. What’s the reason for disliking the video.
i want to live up north,i hate down south in the city of austin texas,i love the state of texas, but if i could move up to these areas i would!beautiful
Я был в такой ситуации , просто жутко ! Никогда не знаешь , что на уме у животного !Они ведь за себя постоят , если им перейти дорогу (ну например , попытаться подразнить ) .
aw, how cool.... a love tap by a near-sighted bison. Just kind of misgauged his distance, didn't he? :) -- been there. It's their land, so you might as well relax and enjoy the company.
To each their own, of course, but I'll just never understand how anyone could have a radio blaring about politics in the background when the sounds of nature are so much better.
I'm sure it was an oversight. I thought the same thing so I turned it off in my mind. I still enjoyed the video immensely.
He's an idiot
One time, my dad was driving the family through yellowstone, and there was a bison walking down the middle of the road. What does my dad do? He freaking honks at it. Great idea dad.
Bro why'd you make me laugh so hard? Know I'm dead thanks a lot.
This one time at band camp...
Roxie Moto lol xd
Hope he was charged
Imagine trying to explain to your insurance company.
Looks like insurance fraud to me good thing you have it on video just in case the bison trys to tell the cops you hit him!
When we were in Custer and Yellowstone on a motorcycle, the Rangers warned us about being quiet and still during one of these "parties". We actually were in two of these and it was a scary feeling. I respect these animals very much.
Good thing you got away safely.
I wouldn't even think of going on a motorcycle. Too scary!
The sad part is people playing radios. Just give them peace you’re in their home.
I rode my bicycle through two buffalo herds while touring Custer State Park. It was a great trip and experience.@@MargaretBrendle
These things weigh as much as a small car and still walk quieter than my mom at night
The load radio really destroys the tranquility of watching the herd.
Not much change in 11yrs talkback still whining about Obamacare.

@@claytonbrannon3060 I agree.
Yep and Northern Canadian wolves hunt them. Shows how powerful and huge those wolves are as well.

Cool thanks for the post. Disabled persons like my self appreciate these nice clips, obviously coz I am unable to go myself.
I wish I had a bison dent on my car.
At yellowstone hell nah
Speed dents
Look at those big boys!!!! Magnificent!!!
WONDERFUL, MAGNIFICENT AND GORGEOUS!!
This is a THRILL to see and I bet also 100 times more in person!! LUCKY YOU!!
I LOVE THIS!! THANK YOU for sharing this AWESOME SIGHT!! :)
That was so cool. Excellent vid - thank you for sharing.
They can't turn the damn radio off?
Why is the radio on? Listen to the sounds of the nature surrounding you.
Good video but the blaring radio ruins it.
Like a good neighbor state farm is there
Greatest wildlife photography opportunity ever!

StellarBlue1 the Herds were so big when Louis and Clark saw a herd of these guys it took them 2 Days just for the whole herd to pass

Look at all those chickens...
Boomshakalaka0001 haha
Is the bisans live in the parie?
Am I seeing a couple of different types of bison?
what camera is that? that is a real hd cam :)
Are these wood bison?
Like how the one at the beginning has mostly straight horns- makes it look like a devil.
That would be absolutely amazing to witness! Thanks for the upload :)
Statefarm?
I would be scared out of my mind. They are so beautiful. Like Bison meat also.
It's very cool to watch.
I have been going through with a herd, they will leave you alone if you respect them, caught up in a thunderstorm with a stampede at that and NOT ONCE did I get hit.....very upfront and personal....and I did not do anything stupid to feel threatened.......Such majestic and beautiful animals!
You now have some really cool 'bragging rights'!!! Beats a bump in the Costco parking lot!!!
wow so beautiful bison
WOOO YELLOWSTONE! Gotta love that place
Duhhhhhhhhhhh, This is Yellowstone National Park Einstein, Bison's roam freely on roads there.
Obviously, I wouldn't wake up in the morning and assume that Bison wouldn't walk down on the road that day.
Get out of the car, fire up the barbecue grill, and cook up some beef burgers. Let them know where they stand on the food chain.
Thats fucked up.
and when the grizzly bear smells your food, comes by and bites your head off, you will know who is on top of the food chain.
Yea, and then when one of them rushes at you, stomps you, turns you into a pile of meat, you'll know where you are on the food chain. Comment of the Day!!
Lol not my fault humans are weak, we use much more powerful brains to invent us things to fight with. All animals have their strengths and weaknesses
Those bison need to be taught some Manners 😂
It did not say "attack" and if you watch the beginning the bison does run into the front of his truck..
Ah: have you ever been to Yellowstone? RESPECT THÉ ANIMALS. YOU ARE IN THEIR HOME!

Was that a wolf at 1:50 till 1:56 pas the car in front of you?
I was driving a minivan past a bull. I saw him swing his horn at the van as we passed. Just missed!

WHERES YOUR STATE FARM NOW?!?!
I find having the radio turned on distasteful. You could be recording all sorts of sounds coming from nature and the bisons!
Damn, 9 years ago, radio talking about obama and mitt romney. Now it's all about trump and biden.
It never changes
Does your car insurance cover Bison damage? You might want to invest in it. ;)
When walnut brain said oh s..t did he mean his own 🤪
Looks like there is just one in front of that car or 2 or 3 or 4 or 7 almost like they was appearing out of thin air.
Where / when exactly was "the Hit"
0:04
Bison accidentally hits the car when running past. You can hear the noise.
Bison at :12 oh I love that Lincoln
if you come to park to see the wild animals and nature, then switch of the stupid radio or stay at home and watch national geographic
know what would suck if u were there on a motorcycle cause if one run by and knock u over u falling with the bike making noise = problems lol
Did I miss the hit?
This looks pretty fricken dangerous.
A bison hit the car in the very beginning. Just a light tap.
Я был в такой ситуации , просто жутко ! Никогда не знаешь , что на уме у животного !Они ведь за себя постоят , если им перейти дорогу (ну например , попытаться подразнить ) .
Fleas on bison??
:-)
0:23 it's a babby bison! YAY!
I live by there no joke it's awesome
Why would anyone drive a nice $50,000 Lincoln SUV in the mist of a herd of Bison is beyond me.
Mi Familia..
Not what i expected but great video
.......Like a good neighbor state farm is there........
Ah, this is what I love about the west: your car don't hit the animals, the animals hit your car.
When I went to YellowStone there was bison traffic to much! lol
That's a nice sequoia you got there, its a shame its only an SR5... ;)
A genuine hit and run away.
Do the jingle !!
aw, how cool.... a love tap by a near-sighted bison. Just kind of misgauged his distance, didn't he? :) -- been there. It's their land, so you might as well relax and enjoy the company.

No attack, move on.
Bison 🦬 ❤

Lame.. Misleading title

You don't pet bison. But then again, you might want to.
yeah I'm not asking for his insurance information you do it!
Like a good neighbor State Farm is there...... In my office.
You are something else, aren't you?
then ended up in Jail with a $2500 fine for ever one killed---for "molesting an animal."
