this is the greatest version of this track. I heard it for the first time at the time of the release of this video, 8 years have passed and I still listen to it almost every day. How many hours have I spent behind the wheel with it on the repeat button... When you drive out of town on the highway, in the rain, you create a simply indescribable atmosphere. It is the version from lukHash that causes such a storm of emotions in me. I love all your sad and deep tracks. They are simply great!
Almost makes me cry. The sound of your music is somehow... sad, a sound of the years long gone. Wraps the feeling of playing these games back then. Respect LukHash. Respect.
The melody is indeed supposed to make you feel sad/longing. Premise of game is that a girl (Giana) is trapped in a nightmare, looking for her sister. Beating all stages and the sister will come and wake her up. You might want to check out Lukash's Overlord (Supremacy). It also got a sad, and almost supressive, tone. Equally fitting. (Bonus points for Central Park from Last Ninja)
@@Kar4ever3 Yes I know, every LukHash's songs share that same sad atmosphere. At least those tied to Commodore 64 and the eighties. Alien is also one of those... not so sad but it always gives me chills somehow...
What you are able to do with all your electronic gadgets is mesmerizing! And your music is fascinating. I'm glad that my 8 years old son also love your music. You get C64 sounds up to date, modern and fresh! Long live to C64 and thank you for your fantastic work!
Truly a masterpiece, sound, design, presentation, and amazing musical skill. Long live the C64 Collective and Chiptunes in general, keep these amazing works coming guys.
I enjoy a lot that remix from a great that I played a lot me and my brothers but a long time ago. It's decided I will install a amiga emulator on my MacBook Pro ! Many thanks from France
Wow love this, really wasn't expecting the original tune to be bettered but this is amazing. @LukHash you are a man after my own heart loved this game too.
i dont know about anyone else but i would never give up my heritage of growing up in the golden age of computers and games to be young again.
Sara Waterhouse Well said. Greetings.
Sara Waterhouse so true , when i got my first c64 i knew the world would be so much better with computers.
I never lived during that time so to me there's a mystique associated with these machines. So my interest mainly goes towards them.
@@TheCrackass I believed as well but now it changed massively :(((((
@Sara Waterhouse I haven't heard something more true in a long time. Man, I miss these times.
