I am in process of getting insurance. General Liability 1m and 2m total, but I was told that does NOT cover anyone that gets hurt on our equipment. That only protects us in case we get hurt. It's ridiculously expensive for what we're told to get, to the point where it just eats up the profits unless I get 48 more houses! And they charge per house. Thanks for listing the companies. I'm going to contact them as well.
Hello RUclips Watchers - Friedman Associates Insurance here. We have insured bounce house businesses, but only do so in Virginia. If you are not in Virginia call an Independent Insurance Agent in your area.
Here in Virginia minimum premium is around $5000. a year, so if you are intending on doing this part-time then consider how much you might make, or reconsider starting such a business.

Can you have a renter sign a contract saying you won’t be liable for anyone that gets hurt?
few questions. How much is your insurance per year. How did you go about creating a waiver, did you contact a lawyer? who signs the waiver, everyone participating, or one person? How do you accept credit card payments, i understand people can pay through site, but, since payment is due on dropoff do you have a mobile credit card system, if so, which one? also, do you ever use or charge for generators or does everyone always supply their own power?
