Wih saya pernah nginep sini, kurangnya 1: sudut2 bathroomnya (terutama area bath tub) pada saat itu kotor hitam2. Pada saat itu yaa, semoga skrg sudah membaik.

Despite of good reviews in this video, I hv a different experience with this hotel. I stayed 6 nights in this hotel last year, end of October. My room was deluxe balcony facing the main pool on the 3rd floor. First night, I couldn't sleep because of the loud music from next door, mirror club. I was kept awake till 2 am. I had no choice but to ask them to move me to another room ...😢. FYI, the music only stops around 3am. My next room wasn't any better. Even though it's deluxe balcony, it's facing the other side, right side, which has no view but wall of bricks. The room isn't as well maintained as in the video. Looks different from the video. I don't know, maybe 3rd floor hasn't been renovated like 2nd floor??? The toilet bowl has yellow water mark or stain, which is gross. The fridge can't even cool yr drinks down. The worse is the hot water. Non existence. I had to shower in cold water during my stay there. Yes, I hv to give a thumb up on the location of the hotel and maybe the main pool. I enjoyed the pool.. that's abt it. The spa??? No AC ....😢
Thank you for your feedback, we improve alot since last Pandemic Bali open in April 22 for international tourist and we took few months to recover. As you have seen in the video we also improve the facilities, rooftop, painting and many more and we just accomplished them this end of March 2023, we are sure once you come back you will see the diffrent. Other nexdoor club , yes during special event it sometimes happen because its our neighborhood, the other sides doesnt affected by the club. Hopefully we could provide you a better experience if we have chance to accomodate you again in the future. Please dont hessitate to contact us.
