Another good video Calvin 👍🏾I have not tried it but the dish looked delicious. There isn't a wide variety of foreign cuisines in the part of the US where I live. I love trying new foods but rarely have the opportunity, envious of you food influencers. Part of my bucket list is to travel the country, or even the world, and try all of these fabulous restaurants that I see in TV shows lol

I’ve had bún chả once in little Saigon(Bình Minh) and thought it tasted alright. There are some northern style places popping up, so I might give it another try. 😋

I live in Austin TX and I had Bún Chả for lunch yesterday, it's one of my favorites. It's served different here, the char-grilled pork is served on top of the noodles with the fish sauce on the side. I have to have this at least once a month.

It’s been four years since I have been to Asia. I miss real Asian food so much. Living near the Mexican border our Mexican food is on point but there is zero good Asian restaurants. It amazes me how very place seems to be equally bad, as if the are all cooking the same premade food or something. 😢
