1. systematic risk
2. Unsystematic risk
Systematic risk:
1. It is associated with the entire market
2. Generally during black swan events or binary events
Example: CORONA, 2018 Crash, Surgical Strike
3. Generally traps intelligent traders too
4. Entire Capital will be wiped-out
The solution to avoid Systematic Risk:
1. Be hedged in a 1:1 ratio
2. Avoid trading in binary event days
Unsystematic risk
1. It is associated with a specific stock or Industry
2. Based or Depend on Stock or Industry-specific news/scam
Example: Reliance, Yes Bank
3. Generally, it traps retail people more
4. The entire capital is used to take the whole position in 1-2 stocks.
Solution:
1. Be hedged in stocks or industry
2. Diversify the stocks and trading system

When you say 1:1 hedge ratio, my iron condor would not be a iron condor because my buy amounts on both sides will be same as sell amount on both sides. This inherently challenges the concept of making an iron condor.
