Nice mods. I replaced my water bottle cages with Arundel Looney Bins so that I can easily fit 32oz and 40oz Hydro Flasks. Also bought the foam tires and wrapped my handle with Gamma grip.
Hey we are trying to build the frame and it won’t fit for the life of me. I took everything apart and re measured and got a file out to make sure everything is exact but it’s not even close to fitting. I measured the width of the original Zuca frame and it’s 7.75” wide. Which is much narrower than 7.87 wide plus the width of the elbow joints.. This explains why it seems way too wide, but now I’m curious if they have started making the cart more narrow or if I’m reading the plans wrong?
Could you talk about the differences between yours and Zach's and why you made them? I see that the corner on the front top uses a couple 45 degree bends to maybe match the Zuca's rounded top, anything else?
Everything about these racks are the same minus the top. I changed the plans after I sent them to Jeff so you wouldn't have to buy 4 -45* connections. This cuts down on cost and material. There are no other differences. You are more than welcome to put the 45's in there!

Thanks for the idea, changed the design a little to give me more space in the back but works great so far

hey if your plans are being read correctly the 12.3 " is the front ? how is it possible to have putter and mids fit in 3.75" of space???
never mind pvc not all the way together, had to disassemble and grease joints as to make sure all the way in

The posted specs were pretty good.
I had to take cross members down to about 6.5 in, other than that, mod looks great!

just to let everyone know that just got a new zuca 2018...zuca changed the dimensions do to when they retooled..they are a little slimer now..

don't need no stinking rack for my delta 11 cart delta carts are the best.
Delta's are great too, but can you fit over 30 discs in it? Can you even fit 25?
