I am super impressed with Blowers knowledge of domestic residential nomenclature.....’powder room’...’Jack and Jill bathroom’. Dude think about a post retirement gig in real estate not training! 😉

I'm tracking, Bill. Yep, yep. Great video. I encourage anyone to participate in one of Bill's training courses. This is just a small sample of his situational mindset and tactics. Keep those videos coming more often.

My only hesitation in not calling out is that I wouldn’t want my family to mistake me for a bad guy and ambush me. Not saying I would or wouldn’t call out, it would be situational for sure, but to make a blanket statement to not call out strikes me as broad-brush advice. Minor criticism for sure. This is a solid video.

Learn ,teach ,and train. I'm thinking if more people are going to be armed in the home. make sure you don't shoot until your intended target is confirmed

From a 911 operator: it would be better to call on the hardline because many agencies won't send units on an open line from a cell phone unless they can confirm there is a disturbance. Land line 911 calls, by contrast warrant a response until it can be confirmed that there is NOT a disturbance.

I know exactly zero people with a landline right now. Even survivalist have given up on them.

Y’all’s threshold is pretty low then. If someone calls from a cell phone and there’s reason to think there’s violence, where I live dispatch will send a patrol unit to investigate.
      It’s different everywhere.

In 1981 that exact scenario happened to me.... I came home after midnight... front door part way open.. My mom and I lived in the house... I boot the door hard with weapon drawn, door hits a body, i push through hard... model 19 no flashlight.... my mom was laying on the floor...... nope bad guys... just too much drink...

Good that there where no bad guys, but DAMN that must have been a terrible feeling for the door to hit a body.

If you are in the process of clearing your home and hear the police show up, but know there is still a threat in the home; what would be your suggested course of action to not end up being shot by the responding officers that may perceive you as the threat being that you're armed?
