Welcome to the journey from Islamabad to Nathia Gali! We start our adventure from Zero Point in Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan. Our final destination, Nathia Gali, is located about 50 km away from Islamabad. While the road distance is approximately 85.5 km, we'll be covering some major tourist locations along the way.
As we embark on our journey, we pass by the iconic Pakistan Monument, a symbol of national unity and pride. The monument stands tall and offers a breathtaking view of Islamabad. Moving forward, we come across the renowned Serena Hotel, known for its luxurious accommodations and excellent hospitality.
Next, we reach the Convention Center, a hub for various events and conferences. It's a landmark in Islamabad and adds to the city's architectural beauty. Continuing our trip, we make a stop at Lake View Park, a popular recreational spot known for its scenic views and serene atmosphere.
Our journey then takes us to Bani Gala, where we pass by the house of Prime Minister Imran Khan. It's a notable landmark and holds significance in Pakistani politics. Moving on, we encounter the Islamabad Barakhau Green Line, a beautiful green area that adds to the natural charm of the city.
Along the way, I also update you about the major developments happening in Barakahu Bypass, which is aimed at improving the connectivity and traffic flow in the area. I provide information on the current traffic situation, ensuring you have the most up-to-date knowledge for a smooth journey.
To enhance the visual experience, I capture some stunning drone footage of Barakhau Bypass, showcasing its scenic beauty and the ongoing development efforts.
As we continue our journey, we make a delightful stop at Charra Pani, a renowned spot known for its hot and spicy pakoras (a popular snack in Pakistan). Enjoying these delectable treats, we refuel ourselves for the next leg of our adventure.
Our next destination is Murree, a hill station located in the Punjab province of Pakistan. I guide you through the different routes and directions to reach Murree from various sides, ensuring you have a hassle-free journey.
Passing through Barian, a town in Punjab, we encounter a road that connects the town to Abbottabad, spanning 71 km via Nathia Gali. During severe winter weather, this area is often cut off, highlighting the challenges faced in such conditions.
We then make a stop at Darwaza Khas, a picturesque location where a small waterfall flows, offering a mesmerizing view. Taking advantage of the moment, I capture some stunning drone shots of the Darwaza Khas waterfall, allowing you to experience its beauty firsthand.
Continuing our expedition, we arrive at Dunga Gali, a beautiful location known for its scenic charm. Here, we embark on the Pipeline Track, a well-maintained path that is suitable for people of all ages, including families and the elderly. I also delve into the historical significance of the Pipeline Track, mentioning its usage during the British era in the 1930s.
Finally, we proceed towards Nathia Gali, encountering breathtaking views of fog enveloping the landscape. The fog creates a mystical ambiance and adds to the beauty of the journey.

Yes it’s totally safe, Nathiagali road is on quite high altitude. Rains effects those area and roads where roads/villages altitude are relatively close to river/lakes.

I think you should go through Murree expressway highway. It’s very comfortable for driving. Reach murree Kashmir point, if you don’t want to go murree just bypass murree and follow the connecting road towards nathiagali

It’s will take around 40 mints to reach nathiagali, if there is no traffic jam. If I am at your place and I have some time, I will go to Dunga Gali through ayubia to Dunga Gali pipeline track, and send some one by road to pick me up from dungagali. Pipeline track take 40-50 minutes to reach Dungagali. Then I will go to nathiagali by Road
