Thank you. It was something I’d seen recently and figured it was a quick and easy way to add something to go along with wings while the vortex is already fired up!
New sub here all the way up in Canada, great videos and this was no exception! I'm happy to have found that someone is focusing on sides.. the stars have aligned! I look forward to what else you have cooking! Have a great day.
Great idea! I’ll have to try that. I love grilled sweet potato wedges too, I bet they’d be great with the vortex too.
Wowwwwwww, they look GREAT!
Potato wedges, looks awesome!

I love a good potato!
Thanks! I've cooked wings this way for years and have been missing out on a super easy way to add some veggies to the meal!

Thanks Dale! I need to get back to a regular filming schedule and will make sure to keep side dishes in the mix!
Look good
Great idea !!! Those look AWESOME !!! :)
Thank you. Can’t get too much simpler of a side dish, especially paired with some wings!
Nice job. Those look great. I used my Poortex and made wings for the game yesterday.
I usually do wings with the wedges. I didn’t in this cook because I was also filming a chicken main course I cooked up in the grill.
I like how you focus on the kettle, my favorite grill I own. Keep up the good work!
Thank you!
Good stuff man! Hope you can do some BBQ ribs vids.!
Which model is the black kettle behind you?
Those looks really tasty. I am a sucker for those with a side of ranch. Yum! Cheers buddy.
Thanks Jabin! I’m not a big ranch fan. Maybe some cheese and gravy though!!!
Awesome. Always nice seeing new ways to make sides.
I really like the wood handles and things on your LE. Did you make them? Or order?
Thank you! I bought the handles from someone in the Weber Kettle Club who makes them. I’ve added a link in the description!
TheKettleCookers Thanks Mate. I think i have seen them there too.
Appreciate the link :) Now i need to convince them to ship to sweden :)
