- The Demon Deacons won their 5th game in 7 tries after their huge home upset win over No.8 Duke, 83-79. Wake's Hunter Sallis led all scorers with 29 points on a ridiculous 11 of 13 shooting to go with 6 rebounds. Andrew Carr chipped in with 18 points and 4 assists for the Deacs. Kyle Filipowski stuffed the stat sheet for Duke with 17 points to go with 8 rebounds and 5 assists.
Cams defence and work rate was unmatched, top player

Court storming should be banned. Also, Filipowski caused his own injury.
Hasn't the ACC banned court storming by fans????!!!! Injury to players can result!!!

It was entirely boneheaded and irresponsible for Duke to attempt to execute a play with 1.8 seconds left and the game already decided. Surely they knew full well the Wake fans were about to rush the court. It made no sense to have Filiposwki standing in the middle of the court at the end of the game.
