Never a dull moment, the behind the scenes stuff….your insights into the self employed world is spot on. The truth is a self employed business if run aggressively and successfully will require so many more sacrifices than you would ever think possible, the “to do list” is never ending and any escaping from or vacationing from your business is very rare. I have been a self employed contractor for 30 years and my marriage to my business has asked more sacrifices from me than either of my marriages or my 3 sons. Not a road for a lazy person. The good side is the character development that can happen when the buck stops with you is worth the price of admission. Loving to work has been at the core of my long career of labor. The conception of a project then the execution to completion is so rewarding. Keep up the hard work, I thank God everyday that I’m able to do this demanding lifestyle.
Dude you are a badass. I don’t care what anyone says, tons of guys and gals including my self look up to you. If it weren’t for you and your videos and podcasts I’m not sure I would have ever been able to accomplish as much as I have in such a short amount of time. I’m sure I’m speaking for most here, never stop chasing your guy’s dreams. You’re doing one hell of a job Brian.
Hey Brian…Just moved to Tennessee from AZ Never mow a lawn in my life…Really appreciate your time and energy on this channel. Even though I’m not a lawn Care Pro Maintenance Pro like Yo guys It’s cool to a watch and see what you guys do. And PRAISE the Lord for what he is doing with your business and family…
Who cares that you live in an apt and run a successful business. You are the only one in charge of your life and choose to do as you see fit. You save and save to build a dream house and shop, how many people can say they have they dream house and shop. Very happy for you and liz. One day i will make it to meet up with you and her but for now just keep grinding, enjoy the ride and the family.
Brian, absolutely awesome congratulations a dream coming true you deserve it 110% and when the pole barn is done and things are starting to come together and look really sweet take a chair and sit out on the front porch of the pole barn and smoke a cigar And make sure the next-door neighbors are watching big puff of smoke off that’s cigar. Yeah buddy Everett.💪👍
Congratulations brother! Keep living for you and the family. Bump what everyone else thinks. Hard work pays off! I’d say keep a picture of the beginnings in your office or library to be a reminder of the work y’all have put in!
First one to watch!! Glad to hear you give glory to God! Many thanks for sending my son a personalized birthday message a couple years ago - especially on Thanksgiving. Keep grinding!
Man, buy yourself an underground wire locator. 40 bucks on the cheap end. Even if you only run into this once every few season or so it'll pay itself back immediately.
Amén…say no more … thank you for all the inspiration . Because of your channel you have touch so many life’s and have actual gone into business just like I did … Can’t wait to see it grow even more …..
Brian, You may want to consider moving the windows above the lean-to so it doesn't dictate how your wall space is used. I have no windows on my barn so I added wheels to all my shelves/tables and I can move them where ever I like since there are no windows to block. Good luck on your new build.
That is awesome that things are progressing on the house and in the business. Don’t worry about the haters, no one was there to help you make your money so they can’t have a say on how you spend it. You have to design and live your rich life not anyone else or for anyone else. Good job Brian!
Good on you mate! You and your family deserve it after all the hard work you've put in. Love watching both your channels and listening to the podcast keep it up! 👍
Aaaaaamen Brian! God has and will continue to bless you. You will always have haters and Satan doesn’t want you to succeed but WE HAVE OVER COME IT ALL BRO . I’ve been praying for land and pole barn for years
@@BriansLawnMaintenance the news this morning said it was gonna be so hot today and tomorrow that it’s unhealthy to be outside from 2-6 pm. Lol It’s really getting like that now
I feel ya on this not happening over night. I’m in the middle of building my own 40x64x14. Sticker shock seems to be around every corner. It’s no where’s near as cheap to build as it was 10 years ago. I wish I was as good about documenting everything and filming the process as you are. It’s a learning curve for me but to see it start coming together is a great feeling. Keep making the informative videos, I greatly appreciate them.
Congratulations on your accomplishments. For the haters they are just want to see people fail when they should be more supportive and encourage others for success.
@@BriansLawnMaintenance I'm addig it on to my existing garage that is 24 deep 22wide 8 tall so it is 20 wide 30 deep 14 high with 2 12x 10 high overhead doors so you can drive through 4 2x4 windows both sides at 12 feet structure is up with roof on concrete is next then the metal walls go on then the doors.Had to take down a 94 foot oak&a 95 foot maple and dig the stumps out It's been a project I was able to sell the trunk's to an Amish guy who mill's the wood. All together It's going to cost around 30 G without electric I've been saving for a long time to pay cash.I'm going to watch how your build go's so make some vid's.
Nothing worse than hunting for a valve box. We started using the Tempo (Greenlee) 521A Wire and Valve Locator. Basically you unhook the zone at the controller and hook it up to the locator and then it's just like a metal detector. After some practice you can even figure out how deep the lines are.
I’m in northwest indiana, I got a quote last year for a 60x100 pole barn…..No windows, 1 man door, 1 overhead door….No concrete……the company told me 120k
If neighbors complain about something that they don’t own or pay for, well you can try to be nice but at the end of the day it’s your property and you can do what you want within reason!

Seeing a price break down would help people considering building
All Glory to God 🙌🏾…keep motivating and grinding ✂️💯

I'll have to check that out! We rent one from Central Irrigation usually, it's like $75 but that's not awful.
I saw you working in Michigan on vacation!! You do great work!
Thank you!
Brian's Lawn Maintenance goes ghetto with the music. Who knew. 😂
From the mean streets of Childs Lake in a trailer park in SE Michigan.. LOL

Brain tell people haters to kiss your ass. Keep doing you bro. Big fan
Lol ❤
Awesome information. Did I miss the Darwin giveaway? 😢
This tool fits trimmer with a center shaft O.D. of what?
Do you spray the weeds Brian or just weed them by hand? I know a lot of people aren't fans of round up.
We try to pull them by hand. It's time consuming but we're not licensed to spray so it is what it is!
I would not know you your doing great
I’m in the pole barn market so I’d like to see the breakdown.
100%!
If neighbors complain about something that they don’t own or pay for, well you can try to be nice but at the end of the day it’s your property and you can do what you want within reason!

Praise Yahuah
All Glory To God
Amen brother.
Quick Question.... Anyone on here have a working knowledge and opinion on Spartan Mowers?
Unfortunately I do not. I've tried to reach out but I haven't had any luck with any opportunities to partner with them.
