All these short how to videos are some of the best for people in the gym trying to learn real quick how to do the exercise. This is amazing. Thank you we need more of this style content. Not exposed videos and natty or not. I'm trying to train right.
Interesting how high he is positioned...I usually do them with my chest more on the bench. I suppose his way it to allows a higher level of stretch and contraction.
I think it's because positioned the way he is he can go into t-spine flexión and extensión thus increasing stimulus into this area and also trainning mobility because supposedly this area is often too stiff and inmobile, ie: gainz in the midback
greater stimulus on the back. you need lighter because here, you're only using your back to lift the weights. with bentover rows, you can use your hips to help get the weights up
I’m a pretty heavy guy and I’ve done sets of 12 with 110lbs dumbbells on these, with the bench never moving. So imo it’s never an issue but if your bench tips over your may want to slide down or hold the bench down with other weights
@@m_t_t_ lmao 110s on these with good form is a joke for anyone actually strong, my conv deadlift is only upper 500s beltless and my pendlay row is only 315 x 5 beltless and I’m natty. 110s are toys for actual strongmen

This looks more like a stomach supported db row! Nice form video! Quick and straight to the point
No bullshit only information ✅😌
Good weights, don't take too much space and are great for working out at home!
12kg db rows good? youre delusional man
Excellent! Thank you. 🙏
Great video

Place the chest support in your upper abs
Is this better than the regular dumbbell Row?
If I'm doing this, the Dumbbells need to be more lighter.

Johnny Shreves says do not arch your back 💁♂️
Swift and effective reimbursement
How do you make sure the bench doesnt tip over when going heavier
make somebody sit on the other end of the bench. 😅
Get bigger calves

@@SilverSlugs16 I bet hafthor couldn't do this with 110lbs dumbbells with proper form and holding the peak contraction

Is this for lats or delts?
lats
Romboid also lats is more on pull up or unilateral pull down or simple pull down maybe upper lats then
How do you get the dumbells?
steal them from the gym like the rest of us
Is that 45 degrees ?
One click before, I think around 30 degrees
@@azn_1050yes we are not dure 45 feel too up high
God Is Greatest Amen 🙏
Sweet
Arching the back makes this exercise not so effective for rear deltas, some sort of cheating...try without the arch
muscle targeted??
Lats
Glutes
Lats, biceps. Basically the upper back muscles
Upper back when done properly. But his guy is excessively arching so it's more lats for him.
you don’t
this guy looks like 1/3rd of Nick Walker
👍
Hyperextended lower back.. bad form
He's using his lumbar raising up off the bench he might as well be doing the standing version... he gets all his help from steroids anyway!
LOL you good my guy?
Please be sarcastic...
Come on. Clearly you just want attention.
you can spot the "steroid" hand at 0:69
Found the guy who never lifted a day in his life.
