PS2 is what i'm trying to collect for when i can. I've found some sweet deal even in NY where... i mean video games go to die lol. Nobody sells old games here i swear. Not for a good price, but for now PS2 is doing well out here.

Yes it's a lot harder to find good stuff at yard sales and flea markets then it was 5-10 years ago...but the trick is to go every weekend...for I go every week and like half the time I find little to nothing but about every 2 months I come across a gold mine .... it's all about being persistent .

He didn't know what to do with his games stating he had stuff from NES to Gamecube, he asked about trade in policies from the few stores around us, I was honest and have him his best bets and he offered to sell the load to me and asked for my email and I never got a reply. He just wanted to know where he could get the most money for what he had. No biggie on my end but to see this guy promise Billy and Jay that he'd bring the games and lie, I'd be yea you got $20 for gas since you're a fucking liar?

One guy keeps trying to get ahold of us multiple times even after we bought out the bulk of his collection. I just think it has to be greed.
He’s not wrong for valuing his privacy, and he’s not really obligated to compensate them for them going back or go out of his way for something he doesn’t intend to sell. Looked like the dude was uncomfortable with the whole encounter and just wanted them to leave. Did he lie or did he forget ? I don’t know, but he coulda just said he wasn’t selling to them, or GC could have just not came back since they picked up the hint.

I love watching these old episodes every now and then when I'm not work. I sit in my livingroom a good chuch of the day with the playing in the background. Today I think I'm gonna play them in my music room on the big screen. I bought a $150 Onn projector at Walmartians. It came with a Roku Stik and its actually awesome. Anyway, I love rewatching these. Games may be over as they were and as everything is. But DFW is an incredible land for collectors. Maybe become vinyl chasers!?!?! Haha. But seriously, find another passion and do it. Who cares what anyone thinks. Game Chasing was a blast. I got a NES on ebay with both Zeldas for 50 bucks in 2011. A friend from Korea and I were talking about games from the day we met back then. I was staying at her apartment in Mcallen and I went to the flea market there when she was at work. Back in 2011, I could have bought an entire nes for 20 bucks with Ninja Turtles Arcade inside. But I had just bought a nes. No one spoke English at that flea market so I was like, "Quanto que esta para la Ninja Turtles cartridge nunca la console". Or some horrible butchered Spanish like that. Luckily the grandson spoke English on that one and gave him 8 bucks for the cart!!! We all have regrets for sure. 12 more and I... Anyway, that was an incredible flea market even by dfw standards. I lived in Hurst in the 80s. Anyway, im just going on and on but I love your work... Hey, do you guys do any twitch podcasts or any? I work alot some im more a fair weathered fan. I have likely missed alot if you've had a podcast or anything for a long time that I missed. I work.my ass off. I still can't find Weird ALs (Dodos) channel?

I just recently had a similar situation. Lady had a X-Eye on her table for sale. Asked her how much it was and she told me it wasn’t for sale. Told me to come back next week for it. Wasn’t expecting anything to come out of it, but she actually brought it and sold it to me the next week. People are confusing sometimes.
Man! I had this kind of thing happening a lot of times when i was collecting. Something that often happened is that they claimed to have games they will bring the next week and when i come back that day, they tell me they sold them on another flea market.
When they spoke of lunch boxes... I was thinking what I had as a kid... I then said maybe Duke's of Hazard... And that's the next thing they showed lol wow.
