He still get's royalties from his tv shows and movies. Mr bean is still on tv in a lot of places. Plus he's a smart guy so he probably invested his money well.

I think Graham Norton is the best and most capable show host there is, for the simple reason that he can manage many guests at a time and make everything funny and smooth among them even though they don't know each other. I can only imagine how difficult that must be.
According to him, the secret to keeping his guests cooperative is to make them drunk.
