You welcome but don't forget to verify your Skrill account fully before adding money to it and make sure you use the same address in your utility while opening the Skrill account even if it's not exactly the same with your house address still use it cos what they use in the verification process is the address in your utility bill

1. How about us using disco prepaid meter, how do we get utility bill?

Yes but make sure you verify your Skrill account fully before sending money to your Skrill
I linked my Una card to PayPal successfully but I'm trying to withdraw and its not working, saying I should update my card, and its a new card that is active

My Id address and my utility bill address is not the same,can I still use them?
You have to use the one in your utility bill and find another id that does not have an address on it like international passport or any other id without address on it

First thanks appreciating the effort.
You can use your UBA repaired dollar card to fund your Greegpay if there is an option in Greegpay to fund the account with Card or via PayPal.
Most, if not all Nigerian bank dollar cards don't work on Paypal account except prepaid cards.
If GTB bank has a prepaid card then it will work but for ordinary bank card, it won't work

Utility bill must not be in your name but if must be in your name. I mean just use the address in the utility bill the same way it is in the utility bill

Skrill cannot even access verification of cards from UBA any longer, so you won't be able to link the card for deposits. Smh.
