This was a beautiful video! The verse from the Psalms really stood out like a cup of cold water in summer. I also valued the verse in Proverbs--that humility if the fear of the Lord and its wages are riches and honor and life. For years I have been on a journey of recentering my identity from what I have been saved from to what I have been saved to. As a result, I enjoy my life as a disciple of Christ even more, now being motivated to find new opportunities to be salt and light. However, pride can be a trap, especially as someone actively engaged in her faith around many people in the world who are not. This video is a helpful reminder to not give in or give up. I don't need the accolades or recognition, only for the fruit of the work for the Lord to be borne and He will do it.
Humility ...in the Bible tell us it will teach and guide his children his ways of truth ... Personally speaking Humility give me great eternal presence of inner warmness and happiness...🙂

After he killed Goliath and was offered the daughter of King Saul to be his wife, David said "Who am I .........for me to become son-in-law to the King?" (1 Samuel 18 v 18) Like David, Christians today should strive to show humility. We are awed by the knowledge that God, the Greatest person in the universe, manifests this appealing quality of humility. We take to heart the inspired counsel; "Clothe yourselves with the tender affections of compassion, kindness, humility, mildness, and patience" (Collossians 3 v 12) We also know that "Love does not brag, does not get puffed up" (1 Corinthians 13 v 4) When "We" show humility as Christians, Others may be drawn to God, as both he, and his Son, Christ Jesus were the perfect examples of "Humility.

That was awesome. I'm not into religion right now but I'm trying to learn to be humble so I don't feel threatened in every disagreement that shows up in my life. To know God, it’s less of a religion, more like relationship. I know all these other denominations or false religions can makes things seem so confusing, like Christianity is just one belief of many, but it is the only truth. The only thing that checks out, or makes sense. The only ‘religion’ that offers a free gift of salvation, of forgiveness. The only one that bears true fruit in people. The one who created you only asks for your heart. I promise if you go about it the right way, you will not regret it. God will reveal himself to those who seek Him, and I pray one day you’ll lay your every burden, every hurt at His feet, and truly understand just who He is, God bless you!!

According to books on the subject humility is crawling on your hands and knees to God and meditating day and night about how worthless, evil, and sinful you are. Maybe this crap makes us shine with beauty in Heaven but you sure can't accomplish much on earth with it. It makes marriage and any kind of leadership absolutely impossible.
