I appreciate that the sponsor didn't force you to vomit propaganda about their game and just let you play it. To me, it just looks like World's Adrift and not really my type of game anyway. However, after the sponsored bit, it juat felt like your old videos of just goofing off in random multiplayer games.
Had the same deja vu, except I also distinctly remembered the mushroom infested island with the little shroombas and placing a steering wheel on a small island to fly it. Is that also a thing in Worlds Adrift? Weird
Would have been really cool if Criken looked out and basically said, "Look at all these Worlds that are Adrift" God damn I miss that game, and I never even played it.
Also, if you didn't know, World Adrift is making a return in the form of a new game, Lost Skies that is being made by the same devs but with a greater understanding of the direction they are gonna take.
@@johndawson123 Greater understanding, meaning it's now a co-op game instead of an MMO, because that's why World's Adrift failed. Couldn't afford to keep the servers running.
@@johndawson123 That is fantastic news, I really wanted to enjoy it for longer but unfortunately I ended up buying the game the exact same fucking week they announced they were shutting it down. Thankfully I was able to get the refund but man I would have loved to have experienced it proper outside of RUclips videos afterwards.
@justgingy95 what's cooler is they have already got allot of the core mechanics made and planned like World bosses and a more dense universe as they advise you can travel around fairly competently between islands as there will me more smaller islands, rocks etc that fill the sky so grappling and gliding would be even more useful. There's also tiers of shipyards so you can build even bigger airships, which is awesome as I always wanted to see someone make the Condor from Storm Hawks as their vessel but due to previous limitations the scalling wouldn't work.
This is literally worlds adrift, from the same concept, same storm and enemy's also alot of the assets are exactly the same etc It's a very 1:2 copy of the game or I copied there homework but edited so the teacher hopefully wouldn't notice 😂

Looks interesting, but the whole survival game category is so oversaturated with these kinds of games so i doubt it will really take off.

@HollowBagel primarily co-op for now, but they have hinted that when the core part of the game is more complete Pvp in some regard will be looked at
