As I suspected from the wife’s awful acting, the show is scripted. Scripted and they still couldn’t come up with plane repos. That explains a lot. As an aside: Mike Kennedy has gone off to repo those heavenly gates. But, before that…
My god, this is INSANE! The “throw rocks to set off the alarm systems & alert the security guards until they get pissed off & shut it down” plan is really something straight out of (a) video game(s)….
The icing on the cake is the network knowing their viewer base can't put 2 and 2 together so they actually have the owner yell out instructions for the Lizard Lick hijackers to overhear.

Airplane Repo feels like the Reality TV show equivalent to clickbait. Like this show desperately wants you to wait till the end of the Ep to get any clarification on anything revolving things that fly in the air. Its like they dont have the budget to specifically be a show that targets airplanes.

my main question is this: when & where are the repo pilots getting fuel in the planes? if the debtor knows their plane is gonna be repossessed, they’re going to keep it parked to keep it from showing up on FlightAware. and you don’t put fuel in a plane until maybe a day or two before your next flight at the earliest, but usually the day of bc you need know exactly what your route will be (which waypoints you’re passing through) & what the weather is like & how many passengers + how much luggage (to estimate total weight) so you can calculate fuel burn so you’re not flying around in a literal bomb full of fuel if you have an emergency. and fueling up a plane is a loooong process - whether you’re just putting it in the wings of a piston prop or older Citation, or if you’re using a single point on newer business jets. so they can’t make this dramatized sneaky grand escape. plus they have to do a walk-around & pre-flight checklists before even turning the engines over. and unless this is happening on some very very very very very rural landing strip like the “airports” that have numbers in the name like the lil grass landing strip at Bluebird Hill “Airport” (K5F5) in Keithville, LA, either the City/County/Airport Police or the FBO will be made aware of any unusual activity or potential security risks like a repo. so the weird Mission Impossible-style stealth missions are complete fiction with absolutely zero basis in reality. unless they were reporting from somebody’s backyard hangar attached to their backyard landing strip.
Yeah, this show is laughably bad and very unrealistic. There's so much that goes into getting an aircraft off the ground. Flight planning, W&B, pre-flight inspection, checklists, radio calls, etc. Like they just walked up on the plane, hopped in, started it and took off. LMAO.
Not to mention the fact that whatever the fuck they did to that left engine is definitely not in the type certificate so the plane wouldn't be able to legally fly
I can't unsee the second cameraman with Kevin and Ken. Who is taking the wide shot from their front-right while the guards are running right at where that camera would be? The extra cameras always break my ability to suspend belief with these dumb shows. Edit: They totally cut from the bus so you don't think about where the bus cameraman went/hid with a whole camera setup.
Love the absurdity of them walking on to the bus with a camera man. Then it cuts to audio of them in hiding. And somehow, they've stashed the camera too, to get hidden footage :)
I don't get why if they're legally repossessing it why they need to wait until it's empty and basically steal it? If someone's repossessing, say, your tv, they don't wait until you're not using it to break into your house and take it. They show up to your house and say "hey you owe money so we're taking this"
The issue is that since its a civil matter you can't use force to make the repo, and the police won't help with civil matters. If you take it while they are in it then it is basically kidnapping, and if they get hurt during the process the repo man gets sued. In your example if they need to take the TV then you have to open the door and let them take it, they can't kick the door in and take it.
We had a neighbor who repo'd cars. They DO take them in the middle of the night, They are offered everything and anything from $$$, to drugs, to poontang. And they do get threatened, shot at, etc. IDK about TV's or planes, but I do know a little bit about car repos.
Our dogs were constantly tripping our alarm dude. We had to lock em in the back coz we got tired if the private security telling us the silent alarm got tripped
As a pilot I can say without a doubt that they would have 100% known about all the cargo in the back before they took off. Just a standard check they would’ve done especially since it’s an unfamiliar aircraft
As a former ATC I agree 100% and then some. Besides, a heavy plane might be sluggish on takeoff and climb, but in level flght... unless they are performing aerobatics.. not so much.
The strategy of setting off the motion detectors constantly enough to cause security to assume the sensors are faulty & turn off the motion sensors is the same strategy used in Bad Boys 2.

Getting a few obvious things out of the way: - Can't get from TN to LA overnight. I always loved how the cartel guys never fire a shot, the “FBI” guys show up in minutes and none of the airports ever see these ninjas on security cameras. This show is by far one of the most fake shows ever aired.
Chris is making his brother Rick proud with his crazy viewings
Your content always makes me smile and eases my anxiety. We just had a tornado watch in my area and this will gelp me sleep tonight ❤
the baseball scene gotta be the most cringe... baseball, dad with shades, most likely history teacher at the local high school,
family values, life lessons lmao 😅
I have a vivid memory of watching this show when it first came out and my dad being absolutely enchanted by it because he recognized the airport that’s two towns over
Not a licensed pilot here, but I'm pretty sure no matter what you want you can't do a flight without the announcement with the FFA and using a log book. They don't just let anyone get a plane and take off.
So he’s driving without the safety belt and on the phone 😂😂😂 lol
Omg when Chris pretends to be the cameraman getting the plane door shut on him and being left behind cracked me up 😂
I LOVE the fact the “cops” have the worlds baggiest clothes on no Kevlar and no identifying markers on clothing 😂
You seem a bit happier now. I am glad 🙂
Yass I needed this today!
I literally just said out loud "Where was he going?" The same time you did. Lols
I already enjoy his videos, but I saw “Airplane Repo” and I was so fuckin in. I clicked so fast lol
17:18 the tire touch down noise the show makes when they’re clearly already on the ground 😂
They aren't getting 60k to repo a tour bus lmao. That's like a $1500 job.
60k repo on a bus despite its cost would be bad business for the lessor.
Hi Chris!! I’m sending you a silly lil PO Box care package!! I’m so excited for you to open it… I’ve been a massive fan since discovering your channel. Your jokes always make me laugh. My boyfriend calls you “my guy” because when he can’t get a giggle out of me YOU CAN. I hope you’re having a fun day, GREAT VID AS ALWAYS!! 💖💖💖
There’s fake, then there’s Airplane Repo!
The funniest thing was watching that guy try to evade ATF like a bunch of middle schoolers playing football.
You lost me 4 seconds into the video I just had to pause and hit the like button, now to see the rest! Yes this is going to be funny stuff 😊 great job 🎉
4:18 he is in *bold*! 😂
Have u heard of a show called Gs to Gents? A gem of the 90s!
Chris James monthly upload blesses us yet again 🙏
It's hard to tell if I've seen your videos before by the title. At least I got to this one early enough that I know it's new and not one I've seen.
It’s always a great day when Mr Chris James posts a new vid!!! ❤❤❤
can you please drop merch already you are literally my favorite channel rn!!!
18:15 made me laugh so hard milk came out my nose, and I have drank milk in over a decade.
Watching these guys sneak into an airport and hijack airplanes in wild 🔥
“He is in BOLD” 😂😂😂
11:46 we ain’t gonna talk about that spider 🕷️ crawling on the back of his head 🤫
14:55 I hope these armed guards don’t see our camera crew
I have been questioning this a long time. How is that part of Chris’s hair so perfectly slicked to one side 😅
19:52 I know a bit about aircraft engines. It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense but I’m pretty sure he jump started the plane with bare wire because it had some sort of broken connector
LET'S GOOOOOO, HE IS BACK
15:30 I might have a vhs copy of the 1995 family comedy for you. Do you have a vcr?
Check out the Pawn Stars clone show Hardcore Pawn. It's hilarious
Yes!
Commenting for the algorithm, always enjoy the work , we always cherish these moments
Did that little kid at the baseball game yell Nazi at them!? 🤨😬
Awesome video!!!!
