Hey Coach, great video like always. Although it sounds like your team is playing 5 smalls, but I would love to hear your thoughts on the bigs (normal size) positioning for 5 outs, would you preferably position them on the wings or in the corners (ballside & weakside) when beginning the offense. Thanks.
If I had one or two "bigs" I probably would not play 5 out. It would depend on the skillset of the bigs. If they were catch and score, make them ballscreeners/sit in the short corner. If they could score in the post I would post them up in 4-out offense and make them ballscreeners that roll into the post. Hope that helps.

Hi coach! I like this one and also I like coach Jay wright's offence. So would you break down more your old video that Kansas' 4 game offense. They usually runs 3 out 2 in for using their bigs, but they changed last year( I understand they did't have good big, but they had good wings so). I think Coach Bill self took Nova's idea which is space and respace.I want to know your thought about their offence.

Thank you so much coach! The last year's Kansas was not their typical high-low motion, but they looked like to more pay attention their spacing for wings and gurds. I thought Bill self is one of the best coach so he embodied today's basketball a little from Jay wright. Anyway, I'm looking forward your new break down and just thankful your great videos everytime.

Aw... Bless Your Heart. You ran a 5 Out that was "kinda Unique" and "set up mismatches".
Mate. All 5 Outs are basically the same and all 5 Outs are designed to Set Up Mismatches.
The only thing to make 1 5 Out difference that another is what they LEAVE OUT.
All of the Options are the same Options.
Eventually the Options run out and you are into a 4 Out, 1 In to add any new wrinkles.
Either the players cannot pull off some of the options OR the coach doesn't know all of them.
Or, since this appears to be AAU... there just isn't TIME to TEACH/LEARN them all.
