Honestly I didn’t know how to explain why I loved this that much and you just summed it up, Let the Battle Begin and This theme are my two favorite battle themes in final fantasy, and honestly in my top 20 in all games
Start it at 1:20 and then get ready for 1:43 hehehe that build up with Fortissimo volume with the horns. Just makes it better. Make sure you have in your car on full blast though it sooooo much better. I promise
must be living in a echo chamber, I grew up on ps1 era games, FF16 had great boss fight minus the last boss which felt super lame and the side content was so fucking bad.
I'm gonna get controversial This has better boss fights than FF7 except for the final boss cuz even if I hate the entirety of FF7 cast Sephiroth was goated
The only thing that deters me from giving this a go is that whenever I see a battle, it feels needlessly long. I don't want to spend 10 minutes trying to kill a Bite Bug
The most badass fight theme of the game. Loved doing the bounty bosses, it was always such a treat to listen to this while slaying an epic gigantic dragon
You're the Outlaw! The one who drove His Highness to madness! On your knees! What? He hasn't heard the news, then... And I don't think he's willing to listen!
Close. Id say he's second strongest and lightning is still the strongest after lightning returns since the god she defeated is a higher god than the one clive defeated but they are both still on Solo godslayer status.
I wonder how Clive and Lightning would fight together, what with him having the other seven Eikons plus Ifrit. He punched God clean in the face and dealt maximum damage outside of his semi-primed state, which is by no means short of impressive. But Lightning did kill a god that was beyond her ken and didn't even give a damn, which is more than enough to say they've both earned the right as godslayers.
Mediocre because most people juat complain about "why it's not turnbased?" It a action combat just like Devil May Cry and it did a great jobs atleast the game look much easier than DMC and everyone can play it without any much trouble, the game itself is also challenge when you play at Action Focus mode vs Final Fantasy mode.
One of the best battle tracks final fantasy has ever had
Just listen to how triumphant it sounds at 1:23(helpful suggestion...have it on max volume in the car hehehe)
@@ricaroo3284brooo!!!!
Completely agree
@@ricaroo3284Yes! Especially while running (SPRINT!)
Clive is relentless, a fresh breath of air as far as FF protagonists are concerned.
Honestly he's currently my favourite character in the entire series. It was Auron but Clive is a bad man
When you play it for the first time and 1:43 kicks in you just get pumped.
This boss theme hits like Thunder
Or like Thundaga
@@blake12689Nah Thundaja
This OST recaptured the lightning in a bottle they had with “Let the Battles Begin”.

To be fair, this is Masayoshi Soken, a literal musical god. One might even say the Dominant or Eikon of music.
It’s got that perfect mix of triumphant and pulse pounding to it!!
Well it helps when the lightning is controlled by Ramuh.
ewhhh i wouldnt go that far lol
"May I have this dance?"
You may
“Glory to Sanbreque-!”
You may, Estinien.
“He’s an Imperial Dragoon!”
Such a badass boss theme
1:43
YES!

Here king, you dropped this: 👑
1:20 the magic begins
Always got me so pumped!!
strange alot of older ps1 era fans ended up loving this game while the newer folk didnt lol i personnally put it alongside FF7,FF8,FF10 n maybe FF5

@@HunnamOCEthe last boss was hype as fuck what
I haven't loved a single player FF this much since 9
I'm gonna get controversial

Come to me, Frito Lays!
Magic starts at 1:25
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
First 5 seconds said "This isn't your dad's final fantasy"
Quite literally.
Level 89? Wow. Also, Estinien!
This , to sail forbidden seas, away, find the flame, ascension great songs to lift to failure and to run until you feel the high and all pain is gone.
Man, this song strongly reminds me Don't be Afraid + Crucified. It's awesome!
Wow, just wow, 🤯 Fantastic song! When you met that dragoon and this song came on. Absolute amazing!
You can really hear the similarities with the normal battle theme. At one point its even the same melody ( at around 1:25 )
“He’s open!!”
The most badass fight theme of the game. Loved doing the bounty bosses, it was always such a treat to listen to this while slaying an epic gigantic dragon
Probably the best final fantasy track ever
“May I have this dance?” (Theme is a waltz)
1:42 Me: LETS GOOOOOOOOOOO
Clive: NYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEH (titan punch)
Sounds like soul caliber
You're the Outlaw!
The one who drove His Highness to madness! On your knees!
What? He hasn't heard the news, then... And I don't think he's willing to listen!
Ifrits Power in this Game is insane. Clive is by far the Strongest FF Character no doubt
Close. Id say he's second strongest and lightning is still the strongest after lightning returns since the god she defeated is a higher god than the one clive defeated but they are both still on Solo godslayer status.
Clive is the 2nd strongest unfortunately.

Reminds me to FFXIII - Saber's Edge 🤩🤩🤩 gives me the chills 🥰🥰🥰
First boss in the game is a Marlboro. Me: “F🤬🤬k off…”
🔥🔥
I got to play for free thanks to the PSN glitch a while ago, and this song stays stuck in my head. I'm already nostalgic for it.
Who else earned the Midnight Raven medal because of this song?
R3 + L3 Accept the Truth
Wrong theme bud.
Wrong theme bud

almost no damaged
At least, it's not a Giant lizard
A what If eistenein chosed to be evil.
Again
Way better than Sixteen Bells.
This sounds different than the original theme, weird..
aka FF5 battle theme modernized
Literally sounds nothing like that song but okay.
the only thing like ff5 modernized in this video is the boss.. lmao
