@@iqmicro I would highly recommend against running shoes for TT. They are designed for forward and backward movement and not so much for lateral movement.
This is something that Hiroe says a lot, mostly because we forget for various reasons. She is saying your balance should be split 60% legs and 40% torso. Pretty much you should always feel your legs engages when you are playing.
good coaching. austin, when are you coming to the bay area? I am working on this with my coach as well. Lloyd is a very good player. I almost recommend that he does his regular serve (side/under, side/top, varied placement) and try to his 3rd ball attack on what he will experience in the real game.
@@LosAngelesTableTennis ok. the offer is still good for kou to give you a free lesson with filming. but he needs advance notice. he is training hard for mltt and he has tons of other students to take care of. again my lesson is on thursday at noon and you can have my spot. but need advance notice.
@@robert2780 Hey Robert, so I'm going to head up for the MLTT but I won't be able to make it on Thursday unfortunately. Are you going to go to the MLTT event?

@LosAngelesTableTennis I just gotta make travel arrangements. Especially with holidays coming up things could get tricky.
