    - Keep sth at bay: prevent something bad affecting you (used usually in healthy)
    Ex: A balancing diet can keep weigh gaining at bay
    - Stave off: prevent sth bad affecting you ( used both in health and general negative things)
    Ex: Wearing helmet can stave off accidents

    Eating a healthy diet can keep/hold obesity at bay.
    Vitamin C can stave off colds.
    Looking for healthy and fresh foods is difficult in traditional markets, resulting in driving to quit eating them. More and more e-commerce is developing; we can easily seek and buy them anywhere. You know, health is the most important in life. So, we need to care a lot more about health.

    from time to time my friends ask me about the experience I have had in these 4 years as a learner of English.
