my friend showed me this DVD. it was the first time i ever heard of Underoath. i was hooked as soon as i started watching it and they have been one of my favorite bands ever since.
Already saw this on their page...terrific. It not only showcases Underoath's live amazingness, but also has spectacular shooting. I can't wait for Survive, Kaleidoscope.

I'm constantly amazed at how crisp and tight they are playing live . . . Spencer's and Aaron's vocals sound just as good if not better than album recording, amazingness!
I don't know how he does it, sometimes I think he uses two, but live he pulls it off with one, his beats are just so much more interesting and suit the songs so much better than any double kick drummer could. And then he goes and fucking sings at the same time, he blows my mind.
Fuck yeah dude, exactly what I was thinking. On "We Are The Involuntary" on their new record. Lost In The Sound of Separation, I got lost so many times trying to perform my dance routine to the beat because his drumming was so... spastic in a really rhythmic way. It's absolutely amazing, I love it.
I bought the 777 live undroath dvd and the performance was pretty iffy but in this video there singing is on point BOTH Spencer and Aaron!!Badass Video !!
i would say they already are famous if you think about it no rock band that is slightly heavy are famous in the pop/ indie world. but they are in the rock screamo even metal
Every video I visit I see people comparing drummers or saying shit about how "easy" his beats are.. Fucking enjoy the music.. Fucking critics... Quit arguing about how bad or good they are now, we ALL know Underoath was amazing with Aaron, but just enjoy what's left of the old Underoath..
Spencer almost got kicked out of UO because they found out about his coke addiction while he was in the band thats what parts of Lost in the sound of seperation The band completely distanced themselves from him and he felt really bad. But he cleaned up
@Ryanunderoath Lol, like I said. I give him credit for singing so damn well and playing at the same time. I can't sing period much less while drumming. But the drums alone are simple. Like extremely simple. I could do it in my sleep. It's just soooo easy.
As sad as it is, they're pretty good live. Spencer screams a lot(practice sessions, recording, live performances, etc.), so it's bound to take a toll on his voice. They don't give him enough time to rest and to recover so his voice is going through a lot of continuous strain. Trust me, it's tough to scream all day every day lol. Most bands even have to take an entire day off every two to three days just to rest their voices.
