* All-purpose pickling liquid:
* 1½ cups (350ml) white distilled vinegar
* 1 cup (250ml) filtered water
* 1 tbsp (18g) kosher salt
Instructions
Steps
1. Hardy fresh vegetables or fruits of choice (such as cucumbers, carrots, onions, white parts of green onions, hard peaches, radishes, etc.), cut to fit into the jar
2. Aromatics of choice (optional; such as fresh garlic, fresh herbs, black peppercorns, coriander seeds, bay leaves, juniper berries, whole spices, etc.)
