This will only work if you get the correct shoulder width first eg if the shoulder of the t shirt comes past the end of your shoulder width, the sleeve will be, in effect, longer.

I would actually prefer a slightly tough solution like training your arms especially the tricep which makes about half of your arm and makes it look bigger

Theres also a list of the wacky names they give t-shirts. And there is one where the sleeves follow the arm shape. As a muscular man it fits fantastic and no more floppy sleeves. And they work for all arm sizes just pick the correct t-shirt size and reduce it by 1 size and it will he perfect for ya

Not always, it could be because of the size of the shirt also.
Use the width of your clenched fist to measure the diameter of the sleeve. If your fist just passes thru the sleeve, it means you will have a tight fit. If there's so much space when your fist passes thru, it means you will have a loose fit.
And that's how I get all my polo T shirts this way and most of them are Uniqlos.

Sorry, no shade on the struggle but we were born in the darkness, you only adopted it. I been hearing this shi since I was a literal baby every Sunday at **least**. Never neat, or clean, or gentle or pretty or perfect enough, always gotta do more. Never scrape a knee, boys don't like scars. Never climb a tree, boys don't like tomboys. Don't wear tight pants, it's slutty, or baggy ones, that's ugly. Don't wear short skirts you ho, don't wear long skirts you prude. You're an idiot if you hurt yourself from wearing heels but unfeminine if you don't. If you look good you must be doing it for male attention, if not you're disgusting for inflicting your image on other people's eyes, go back in the house or cover yourself in a bag you troll.
It's exhausting. Nothing we do is ever right. But there's always people lined up to tell us how to be better by spending all our time snd money on our appearance (which also makes us vain but otherwise we've "let ourselves go" or "don't even try"). There is no winning.
