That's a whole different process. After passing the exams you'll need fill and submit "Form A" with SEBI. Then SEBI will start it's due diligence. It can take a few months to an year. My registration for Research Analyst is pending for over 1 month now 🙃

There is no attempt limit, though you pay the fees per attempt
How much time required to clear nism tough certificates
Most of them can be cleared by Studying for 2-3 Months. Investment Advisor Exams might take more time. It may vary from person to person :D
