Using Harvester for your home lab

  • With Harvester you have the ability to host both virtual machines and containers on the same hardware which makes it ideal for running your home lab. Based on our own experiences both testing and running Harvester, in this session we will look at using Harvester for your home lab, identify some things to think about, highlight possible issues, and provide some tips and tricks for getting the most out of using Harvester.

    Hi, thanks for sharing this! So essentially Harvester is an hypervisor but built on top of kubernetes. When I hear HCI I think of things like CEPH. Could you tell me what are the key features of Harvester in terms of HCI?
