- I no I'd already done a Compilation for the farewell to the HST, but I couldn't leave it without adding the last footage I took. A bit of a part 2 really. Surely missed, a void of emptiness.....
Totally agree, a real success story. Makes you wonder what is going on as some of the new trains are so uncomfortable, but I loved the HST'S. Longest journey I travelled on was Wakefield to Penzance many years ago. Just went for a 3 day break. We loved it.
Great vid that! Makes me sad though! Such a terrible waste. The 125s will always have a special place in my heart. They will be sorely missed.

great video pete , some of these idiots want to get rid of these h s ts cause the d f t reckon they arent safe anymore after that derailment in Scotland last year that killed 3 people
