Proud to be the 377th subscriber... after seeing two videos about your life. In all honesty this channel is under subscribed to say the least. A very expressive man simply because you speak fromnthe heart and work very very hard.
What an unbelievable example...a very expressive man with a realised idea. Proud to be Algerian, but more importantly a good human being. Sahit khoya Tony.
Shame that so far no Algerian chef or entrepreneur has gone out there and promoted the Algerian cuisine with some creative attempts to introduce it to the Western palate. I remember the French Algerian Momo who promoted Moroccan cuisine in London in the 1990s and 2000s. I understand these are commercial endeavours that subscribe to a trend that promotes certain cuisine over another but I've found it disgraceful that they've taken the route towards commercial profits over celebrating the cuisine of their ancestors.
As an Algerian myself, I can see where you came from partially. But to describe a successful idea that deeply resides inside a complex experience of a young Algerian entrepreneur is not fair, to say the least. On the contrary, I believe we should not limit confine people to their district, locality, or even nation. When this man says I am proud of my origin and roots he does not mean the Algerian context only but he means the Arab, Muslim, the berber, the meddle Eastern with all its colours, shape and context. He understands that our similarities are much condensed than our differences. I would love to meet this man and tell him how much of pride he has injected in me. All the best to all people with ideas that transcend the world and send vibes of positivity amongst the inhabitants of the world in general and those of a local rood and history specifically. Peace and love.
You sur of that ? There are lot of Algerian chef who promote algerisn cuisine all over the world.. Paris, Tokyo, New York . So like Saber Boutera, Nabil Houhou, Rabah Ourad, Akram Benalal and many others ..
