Fun fact the matter shotgun is a breaching shotgun that can configured into an under barrel attachment for a rifle. This might explain why it’s good at breaking walls
Most of the guns arent really applicable for this purpose unless they are specifically made for it However, im rather suprised by matter's performance, it might be able to replace breach charge in my loadout and open that slot up for utility I will absolutely try that, thank you for bringing my attention to this

Great video idea!!!! Been curious about arena damage from the weapons. Some of these times aren't too bad actually! especially if you get 1 or both teammates to shoot the wall with you, you can get these walls down in less than 20 seconds
also with some of these your spray was on 2 different wall segments, only possible to see once it breaks (like 1:07) but maybe that effects the time it takes
I have been thinking of strategies with the ks23. The KS shoots a wall twice and the other gun users on the team then shoot the wall until it has a couple bullets of hp left. Then whenever you need a death hole, any team member can just instantly open that wall.
I'm not so sure about the accuracy of this - for some tests you were shooting parts of the building that looked like they had already been weakened by falling debris, and for others you were shooting in between wall segments... ik it's pedantic but I wonder if you'd get different results if you shot the same spot on a totally fresh building or not

I thought obout this būt realized that you would really guess where to shoot to get that one wall segment
Was in a pinch and had to use the matter to break a floor to drop a cashout, its honestly surprising how not garbage they are for destruction
