@TheHumanBurger the more the merrier I say!! It should not be difficult to design more F1 cars and they could spend time and budget developing other cars too!
I don’t think they will only start doing f1 cars but maybe 1 every new lineup of cars along with some other cars because out of the 12 cars we got in 2024 only 2 of them were f1 cars (one was a safety car) and I believe we only got 6 cars in 2023 so overall 2024 is a big step up in my opinion. We also did get a good selection with gt3 and lmdh cars, a g wagon, some road cars, and an Audi e tron thing along with some very nice re releases like the highly requested F40. I might be biased tho bc i am an f1 fan
Next year is the 10 year anniversary of the theme, so I assume they'll do more than just F1. Maybe more 8-wide versions of the older 6-wide sets, like they did w/ the F40? I also expect something to acknowledge/commemorate 10 years.
The second RB team is Visa Cash App RB or VCARB, they were rumoured to be called Racing Bulls at the start of the year so a lot of us just call them that because it sounds better lol. I’m an F1 fan so I have my fingers crossed for more in 2025. But what would I like, that’s another question. Speed champions scale, basically I want all the teams represented plus perhaps some support vehicles and an updated pit stop would be fun but I think that will come in City rather than SC. @speedybrick Great points and I especially agree with the icons vehicles - more historic race cars would be amazing. There is so much potential from F1, to LeMans winners like the 917K or GT40. Really good point
@@onecleverpig Yes absolutely, it would be great to see more LeMans cars both current cars and historic winners. there is some many great cars that could be included. SFH-Bricks has also done quite a few MOCs that are worth considering for your collection.

F1 was purchased by an American media company, Liberty Media, back in 2017, and has been pushing for more American popularity with two new American courses and a Netflix show and upcoming Brad Pitt starring movie. That movie is probably one of the reasons for the big push by Lego next year. 1. F1 got big due to a buyout from Liberty Media, who were much more social media conscious - It was especially boosted by a Netflix docuseries in the pandemic. 2. Next year Kick Sauber becomes the Audi factory team. Totally new livery, similar to the electric quattro from this year. 3. Yes there are two Red Bull F1 teams. When Red Bull initially entered the sport they bought Jaguar's team to compete, but were also encouraged to buy Minardi to save it from folding. Neither team were very competitive for a few years, but when Red Bull began winning championships, the second team was used to train younger drivers like Vettel, Riccardo and Verstappen. F1 has changed a lot since then - fewer teams, harder to enter - so Red Bull owning two teams makes less and less logical sense to most fans, but it's a holdover from two decades ago. 4. I'd get more F1 sets, but I agree - variety would be good. Trucks, garages, or vintage cars would be appreciated if they're going down that route, but agreed - diversity in speed champions would be better - and kinder to my wallet.

I'm in favor of more LEGO F1 but I'm a fan. I've followed F1 to various degrees for a long time; I live near the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and have an interest because of the long history combining the Indy 500 and F1. I started following more closely when the US Grand Prix was in Indy and I went to a few of those. More recently, the TV coverage for F1 is outstanding compared to what we got in the US 25 years ago, and I say that without counting the Netflix show. I would love a LEGO Aston Martin in the correct color. Kick/Sauber is transitioning to Audi in 2026 so I imagine that green paint scheme will not be included next year.

I hate the space stuff they´ve done this year and I like F1 and own both of the large f1 technic sets so I dont see this as a bad thing. I hope they will do a Ferrari f1 technic set. I think it would look so good
And another concern for the fans but not me thats is the minifigures, this years McLaren MCL 60 has a Lando looking fig and the AMR23 has a female figures and that's a concern that people gonna have that they gonna do force diversity that, and thats I find bullcrap about like it's Lego isn't Lego all about creativity and imagination? I just find it ridiculous that people complaining something isn't that deep and it's licensing that have a play here and I said about the NASCAR Camaro thats licensing is an issue people over looked. Edit this is so hypocritical for me to say this cause of the source material of the march wave is gonna be.
Before we move on to other cars we gotta finish NASCAR. We already have two models. One official Camaro ZL1. And one unofficial The Darkhorse mustang. Might as well do the last model. Toyota Camry XSE. Not really into F1
New cars, new cars. BAH! Some of the most interesting cars are one, two, three decades and more older. Produce a Maserati Birdcage for instance and let everyone know that there was life before before Drive to Survive.
The only concern I have in this is 2 teams, Haas and Stake. With Haas in 2021 Haas had a sponsor collab with a Russain sponsor and the infamous driver is Mazapin but they can go for the 2023 or 2024 version. Stake, and no not with Alfa, that would be cool to get the first Alfa set but with Kick and thats the problem, Kick, Kick is a infamous place and a Lego set with Kick in it will cause kids to go on the site and ingadge with some disgusting streamer like N3ON, Adian Ross and literal PDF Files, this why I'm concerned about the F1 collab.
My grandpa took me to Spa Francorchamps since I was 2 years old. Speed is F1 and that’s where the champions are born. I think this video is pro-USA. They don’t know shit about the sport. Luckily LEGO is European as well. Can’t wait for F1 cars and the Minifigs in this line.
100% agree with your opinion. Bored with those F1 which all look the same. Moreover F1 cars nowadays are so ugly with their stupidly long wheelbase and their tiny V6 engine which sounds like crap...

@@AJ_Iredell Isn't that's the issue of the real cars as well.
Netflix’s Drive to Survive! Heavily popularized the sport for American audiences.
I hate the space stuff they´ve done this year and I like F1 and own both of the large f1 technic sets so I dont see this as a bad thing. I hope they will do a Ferrari f1 technic set. I think it would look so good
@@dyriten I am so so sure they will do this. Just a matter of time
Umm of they play there cards right 2025 will be a good year.
@@MTHEDGEHOG I sure hope so!!
All I just want lego to do is Porsche 911 (964) Reimagined by Singer DLS my dream car.
@@MTHEDGEHOG Singer Porsches are incredible!!
This is the only leak so far and we don't know of we get the Holy Trinity and a Ken Block tribute and Sonic leaks cause I'm a Sonic fan.
I think there wil be some McLaren maybe about McLaren 60 yrats also maybe a Big Aston Martin F1 model like the McLaren
@@jeezychreezy1 NASCAR Camry would be an interesting addition for sure!
New cars, new cars. BAH! Some of the most interesting cars are one, two, three decades and more older. Produce a Maserati Birdcage for instance and let everyone know that there was life before before Drive to Survive.
@@ceecee1769 I would MUCH prefer some classic F1 cars
@@onecleverpig F1?. OK. How about a Lancia/Ferrari D50?.
Not sure how to feel about F1 and speed champions.
It’s cool and all, but hopefully it’s not JUST F1.
@brickeezy That's exactly it - I don't mind SOME F1 but I don't want ALL F1. And that's my worry 😂
@@onecleverpig I feel it man… I feel it!
nascar, indycar, gt3, gt1, group c and lmp and all new hypercars!
@MTHEDGEHOG very interesting. I thought someone else had mentioned Stake is a gambling website too? LEGO would never touch that, I don't think
@@onecleverpig If they go for Alfa, they should leave out Stake.
@roadrunn1977 Well I am from Canada sooo fair play 😅 that said, I would LOVE to go to Spa either for F1 or a WEC race. Such a beautiful track

@M0torsagmannen yes hood point! LEGO has always loved F1 for whatever reason - maybe just because F1 cars translate easily into LEGO? I'm not too sure. But I feel like if you've seen one, you've seem them all
