You can identify if the backlight is fading or the LCD panel. If the Backlight fades, you can still see the image by aiming a flashlight at the screen. IF the LCD is the problem, you cant see image, only the back will appear on it. If the backlight is the problem, repair it. if the LCD is the problem, it's hard to tell what is the solution.

The secondary circuit error amp is not failing. As shown in the video. The 12 volts out is stable, all working.
