Sono molto in ritardo, ma dovevo per forza dirvi che il tofu spalmabile qui è diventato un must!! Non ricordo davvero più quante volte l'ho fatto😂 su ogni bruschetta ne spalmo una bella quantità e (consiglio vivamente) ci metto sopra due pomodorini datterini tagliati a metà appassiti in forno con sale, olio e origano. Piace a tal punto che mia madre (onnivora) mi ha chiesto di fargliene per la cena con gli amici

There are hundreds vegan food channels out there.
And i have watched - literally - thousands of recipes i have seen on the net.
But there is something that i love about your channel.
It's the simplicity of your recipes,the beautiful presentation and the impression that we can make them ourselves,without being professional chefs.
PS. I know the majority of firm tofu is 200 gr. In Italy is it only 125 gr?
And.Can you please make a similar video for tempeh?
I make my own homemade tofu and tempeh,and i want to learn some more ways to cook them.

Thank you, you are too kind ☺️ to answer your question, in Italy 1 block is typically 125 grams, although a package of tofu comes with 2 blocks (250grams). Good idea with a tempeh video, I will think about it 🥰🙏 thank you for your support, it means a lot to us ❤️

These recipes are really amazing. More people need to watch this channel.
One of the best plant based food channels. I won't stop saying that. You simply put a couple of amazing recipes in one video...other would make one video for each recipe👍The pesto looks great and those spreads are an awesome combo idea. Need to try asap!😋 The only recipe I am in doubt are those patties which I am affraid are too soft inside. Being vegan sometimes means lacking in having something chewy or crunchy together with other side dishes (vegetables not taken into account). But I'll try. Every recipe of yours is worth trying😉

I didn't have aubergine, sun-dried tomatoes or artichokes, but I did have roasted red peppers, roasted garlic and some home-made olive tapenade. I made one of each. Phenomenal!!!. I can't wait to try more flavors!! And I can't wait to make some for my non-vegan friends! Again, thank you!
