Madam Namaste, @ 1:04:27 - You have mentioned Sec. 25 Indian contract act (which Actually Refers to an Agreement without Consideration), as a matter of fact, it should have been Sec. 27 of ICA, which is "Agreement in Restraint of Trade, Void".
