    Enlightening !
Sir a lot of job postings in my field of AEC construction hvac design industry are asking for/opting for 1 or 2 years of experienced candidates which makes me as a fresher candidate with 6 months of internship knowledge difficult to get hired what could be the solution for this as some of the people are creating fake experience certificate in such cases & getting hired ! It's working for most of them so what needs to be done to be seen as a worthy candidate despite of such shortcomings.. can specialized knowledge in one subject makes us more desirable than others to cut the competition or any other factors ??

Creating a fake certificate and experience won't help them sustain jobs for a longer period. Within any organization, individuals must work accordingly; no one will teach them how to use software/skills. They have to perform their skills what they have shown in their resumes, portfolios, and certificates. Focus on your skills: sharpen them, specialize in a niche, and pursue certifications. Showcase your projects, highlighting practical experience. If you lack practical experience, utilize your academic or work projects to implement your BIM skills, creating an outstanding portfolio. Build connections within the industry through events and engagement. Seek entry-level positions or companies offering training programs. Emphasize personal qualities; highlight enthusiasm, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Remember, a blend of specialized knowledge, a robust skill set, and the right attitude can make you stand out despite limited experience.
