It was pretty cool! I haven’t gone to a fair in years 😊 It wasn’t too cold but for Paceños a little drop in temp is drastic haha

Unfortunately I don’t have anyone I would recommend in La Paz yet. You’re right it is hard to trust people. If you’re going to buy I would recommend Ian Wilson with Baja Life Reality but he doesn’t focus on rentals. Thanks for watching 😊

Oooohhh! In that case I have an amazing realtor in Mazatlán! Her name is Eva. I'll leave her contact info below but she was so great. She made sure to help us find what we were really looking for and took into account our desires when presenting properties. I love to hear that God is your reason! That was our story too 😊 For any specifics I would suggest asking Eva. I hope you speak Spanish or are comfortable with translate 😬 I have to warn you it is a party city but I still loved it. And yes, I actually saw that video first and so I thought I would ask you because your a sister in Christ . And yes I’ve been looking at videos from there and I can see it’s a lot of party. But that’s ok , it’s probably a place where they need to hear more the Good news :)
@@adventureswith_alexa my husband just told me that La Paz is in Mazatlán ?! Is that less of party scene. ? Do the houses have a bit more land ? If u can let me know if u ever meet or hear of a realtor please let me know (from La Paz ) thank you! We are planning on moving soon !
