This was fun! Blue Sphexxian absolutely deserves a high spot (it has a space bug helmet!) but I would have placed at least one of the Oleks in the top 3 maybe, the orange and blue color scheme really sells that one for me. I think I agree with all the other rankings (I didn't go all in on this wave, but it's telling that I picked up only one from your bottom 6 and ALL of your top 5 figures).
