Thank you for these! Might and Magic VII and VIII are my all time favorite games, they just have a certain magic (no pun intended) that no other games have imo and btw, you're a pro I've never seen someone master these games so well
@@elonsechelon This is what I know comes the closest to the 3DO Might and Magic trilogy, well... the first Lands of Lore is closer to Might and Magic IV & V since they are from the same years however Lands of Lore II & III are definitely the closest games to Might and Magic VI, VII & VIII since they are from the same years as well. The Lands of Lore trilogy has always been a cousin to the Might and Magic series so if you want to play and discover some new games that you don't know yet and which remind you of Might and Magic then the Lands of Lore trilogy is what you need and both Might and Magic and Lands of Lore series are available optimized for newer computers and DRM-free on GOG. 😉
Yeah I have noticed it looks similar and definitely seems well made, now I definitely wanna try it. Never found a game before that was like Might and Magic so it's pretty cool to find out about this just now, cheers!
What about the dark elf? He has racial abilities to charm people, to see in the dark, to fall from heights without sustaining damage, to see people on the map, to blind enemies to make them unable to shoot projectiles, and can cast dark fire bolts which do both dark and fire damage, how about that for a useful character? 😉
