Your video is the 1st ive watched all day that mentioned the katana se! I live in an apartment, so knowing about the se version is awesome, thank you so much! (Subbed!)
Thanks for the review. Creative is really good to make plenty of the same thing... There's 4 katana soundbars and price difference is minimal (at normal price). And that's just 1/3 of their soundbars. What doesn't help is there's no compare tools on their website. So it's tedious to understand full difference (except for obvious things like no subwoofer). If you are interested, you might actually compare them all and make that table. I have yet to find a site that did that. Also, what I like to see is the 3D sound. It's something some of these soundbars can do, unlike their others products (eg. the pebble serie which is also full or choice).
Can I combine my Logitech Z-5500, which is set up with the analog input (green, black, orange - and yes, that's what I want to use, not optical), with this soundbar? I want to combine them with my PC; it will sound much better with this combination.
I just ordered two of the original Katana X sound bar’s off of Amazon for $175 each & they’ll be here on Sunday so I’m pumped to hear how it sounds & yes I know I’m like over 6 year’s late 😂😂😂😂
Very helpful video to take decision for new buyers. I am impressed with Katana V2. Does Katana V2 remember vol level and input mode after power off and on? It's very irritating setting up input source and adjusting volume each time.
You should add in gaming sound. Gaming always make excited. Purely talking not enough, you need to show on screen... More sound demo so we can listen and compare the difference. Demo to us, what both speaker soundbar really good at.
That's where I would say it is best to try it out in person as it is hard to show fair comparison over a video like this. I felt v2 sounds better in real life
pretty sure those people who made bad reviews never bothered to adjust every sound settings or even bother installing the creative app for v2 katana or se which is a must cause that's where most of the setups are found like the lights, acoustic engine, modes, firmware and energy saver setting. don't always listen to people who gives out bad reviews cause you don't know if they set everything properly...i bet some of those people never even change the sound quality to 96000hz.

Glad it was helpful! And welcome aboard 😉

Hi, I'm facing the choice of v2 or v2x katana right now. The price of both is practically the same, which will be better to choose?
Regards 😊
Hey, I prefer v2
Hi!I’ve a very small setup with a desk 120x75. What do you suggest for me?SE looks like having better sound

I have the original katana, and i love it. I was considering the V2 but now the SE has me wanting a V3 with larger drivers.

@@myquietreviews they are fantastic!
Katana SE or Panasonic SoundSlayer SC-HTB01?
Is the SE suitable as a soundbar for TV or is it only a speaker for computers? thanks
hey, it would work for either
Thank you for this review some great points were made, and I have a much better idea of what I want to buy.
Great to hear! Thanks for watching!
It blows my mind... why not add a sub out... then the SE would be the best soundbar option.

I have it connected via usb to my PC and never had to change those so seems like it does

Hey Jerry, thanks for the suggestion - we will look to include some gaming in the future.
The Katana SE sound much better in the video . Strange here in Denmark we cant buy the SE ,,,
Human voice on V2 is simply shit on that demo. On SE is better but not ideal and I hear more of "things"...

not only that but even the bass sounds more full at the SE version strange...maybe v2 needs the sub right in front of you....
On amazon as 14 % bad review that enough for a NO buy.
