In KT3, effectiveness is about more than just physical moves; it's about channeling your inner strength. How do you harness your inner power when learning self-defense?
In our krav maga/self defense training, we utilize a ton of muay thai 8 limb striking techniques combined with wing Chun closed range techniques as well with wrestling & bjj grappling range techniques, and this right here is absolutely phenomenal. Even though I rather take 45 degrees to the side and avoid staying on the 180 degree fireline. I want to take my opponents back as much as possible or stay behind his shoulder which is a quick safeplace to be and open for any attack you can give.
That's fantastic to hear about your progress in Wing Chun! Remember, KT3 is all about the journey within. How has your mental discipline improved along with your physical conditioning?
@masterwong101 Well to tell you the truth, I feel quite a bit less anxious than before. I have also been attending tai chi for the past year, which I think also helps.
