I’ve just finished watching your videos in one evening. Was very interesting to learn the EcoBoost engine a bit more. The red was defo a no go, I always called it the lipstick fez. So much better with the wrap. Another little mod you can get is for the hand brake. You can get covers which stop items falling down. Which is common. The hole of doom or whatever they call it. You can get ones that say S or ST line which is the one I have which is nice. I wouldn’t recommend wind deflectors because on these, it folds the shape out of the top seal on the top corner of the window. so if you ever removed them, they would stay to the folded out shape that the deflector was in. I always find they make wind noise on the motorway and the original look always looked better.
I wish I could mate but the jobs are getting more complex and the editing is taking a lot longer than it used to 🥹 glad you’re enjoying them though 🙏🏻🙏🏻
There door mirrors 😄 my dad had wing mirrors on his 70's Cortina. Good video, mirror caps are so cheap I would have just bought some, but I guess it's all good learning.
I’ve always just called them wing mirrors 😂 but yeah I never thought about them being on the door 🤷🏻♂️ I’d have replaced the caps or painted mine before choosing to wrap them but Aluko wanted to send me the vinyl so I went for it 😎
Yes I think the 100, 125 and 140hp are all the same engine but I have read that the 140hp version uses a different turbo alloy and has a thicker head gasket

I’d just replace the caps with black ones myself 😂 doesn’t make for much of a video though and the vinyl was to try out the brand and like you said, to practice 😁

I think it’s a thinner head gasket on the 140 engine for a slightly higher compression ratio.

I think it looked better with the RED just a Black car NOW 😱
The good thing about wrap is you can always change your mind and re-wrap it with red over the top of the black. 🙂

I know it was all practice for you Mike but personally I would’ve just painted the mirror caps, always remember work smarter not harder 👍
