Great house for people who don't care about having any privacy or being away from a bunch of racket from people milling about just feet from your house. I'd love it if it was up in the mountains on a big lot.
Let's be honest, most of the price is the location and view. The house itself is not that nice for what you are paying.

At 3:07 spend some money and decorate the bottom apt. The kitchen and refrigerator is crappy looking! Paint the brick room a cool teal color to relax the guest. Provide a spa feeling for them then you can enjoy the income it provides.

It's interesting how the exterior has a lot of copper. I think the interior decor was awful however. This was quite like the house that my family owns- bamboo floors, many windows and that river pebble shower.
